My mother has moved into Maple Tree Court recently. I have found the accommodation very clean and tidy. The environment is modern but homely and the food is very good. All staff I have found very friendly and always approachable, with nothing being too much trouble. The staff show empathy and provide good quality care to the residents. I am very pleased with my Mum's move to Maple Tree Court.
Maple Tree Court is a wonderful place to be, caring, helpful, polite staff, always clean and very friendly. My father has settled in he loves his room and seems very happy. The food looks delicious and nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff.
The staff are all happy and very supportive, nothing is too much trouble for any of them.
I would highly recommend this care facility.
I am very happy with the care and support that I receive and all the staff are very good.
The staff are considerate, kind and caring. The rooms are lovely and well decorated. My grandmother has come on so much, she has put weight on, mixed with people and is happy. There are activities and party nights. Family are encouraged to participate and encouraged to get involved with special evenings. Overall this is a super care home.
My mother's health has improved since she has moved to Maple Tree Court. She is eating proper meals now. All the carers and management have a great amount of patience with her and try to improve her quality of life. As relatives, we are always made to feel very welcome. We could not have chosen a better place for my mother to live.
I have been here 17 months now and I am still very happy.
My mum has been in the care of Maple Tree Court for over two years now. I was very anxious and concerned about choosing a home for her and am so relieved to know that, in my opinion, I chose the best in the area. Mum regards Maple Tree as her home and the professional members of staff as her family. My sister enjoyed Mother's Day lunch with her and other residents. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they put the needs of the residents at the heart of everything they do.
My dad had two very happy years there. All the staff are great, keep the good work up. Many thanks.
During that time despite her growing problems of mobility, understanding and vocabulary she was looked after with patience, care, consideration and dignity.
As a family, we chose Maple Tree Court and would make the same choice again.
Excellent care, fabulous home with first class facilities. Well managed and mum is very happy and safe, which means a lot.
It was a 'big step' to move my mother into care. One that was chosen for us in the end for medical reasons. We are delighted with Maple Tree Court, they have answered our prayers! We can't thank the staff enough for their kindness to our mum.
Maple Tree Court is a fabulous home (more like a hotel than a home). Beautifully kept and with all the latest facilities, fantastic. 5 stars. We can rest assured that mum is in safe, caring hands.
My mother was at Maple Tree for approximately eight months. Unfortunately she required nursing care and had to move. As a family we were devastated. She had been so well cared for. The staff were fantastic, always eager to help, very supportive. There was lots of activities to keep mum occupied and she had made a number of new friends. The food was of a high standard, with plenty of choice and mum had put on weight and was looking healthier. The management were most helpful and always available to help. A very enjoyable experience.
Excellent care home, staff wonderful, nothing too much trouble, would highly recommend.
With great reluctance my Father-in-Law was placed in your home. This was for his own safety as he was having quite a few falls. He has put weight on thanks to the excellent food. We know he's happy there, which means such a lot to his family. All the staff are fabulous. We know they care very much. I feel the entertainment you put on for the residents is excellent. I am very happy your chosen charity is the same as mine and my families. As a family we recommend Maple Tree to lots of people. Keep up the good work. Many thanks.
Just amazing mum is so happy and enjoys every day now. She loves the garden in particular as she always enjoyed gardening at home and having her own patio door gives her a new sense of life.
I have not had any reasons to complain about any aspect of care my dad had received while being in Maple Tree Court. The staff and the home is lovely. Could not find anywhere better.
Since my mum moved in we have found the care home ideal in our situation, as it is only 2 miles away from our home. Also the fact that we can visit at any reasonable time helps a great deal. The accommodation is very good and the staff are always helpful and obliging. We bring mum home while she is able and we wonder if the door code could be given to us for easy access, but we do, however, appreciate the security issue.
We put mum in here for respite care originally. We found the care to be very good and the staff excellent. The home is very nice and the facilities excellent. We decided that mums quality of life was better in the home and that she would be much safer, so with that in mind and help from the social worker we decided to make it a permanent arrangement. Mum has made friends and like the staff and seems much happier.
My mother is well cared for. She is always clean and tidy when I visit. The staff are all very pleasant. Her room is clean and bright. I am very satisfied that she is receiving the best care possible in a very cheerful and well maintained environment.
