The care, commitment and compassion given to my Dad by the staff and management of Maple Tree Court is without doubt second to none, when coupled with such a thoughtfully designed building it makes it one of the best if not the best care home in this area. Every aspect of a person's needs are catered for and the freshly prepared food is of hotel standard.
I have attended many charity events organised by the fantastic Maple Tree staff and have been very impressed with the atmosphere and entertainment given. It feels like home from home! I think this is extremely important in making a big decision, such as your loved ones care. Not only are they supporting their residents but local charities also.
I would highly recommend the staff, who in my experience have been welcoming when you walk through the door. There is a hard work ethos and quality customer care that I've found rare in other places, so great to see! The facilities are absolutely fab, very clean, comfy and modern and the food is delicious! (Especially the cakes)
Mum has been in Maple Tree Court since mid December, it's a beautifully furnished establishment new in 2015. The facilities and staff are excellent. Can't vouch for the food as I haven't sampled it. Looks good though and mum likes it.
My mum has been a resident since October, and her care has been brilliant. Its a beautiful place, rooms are big and airy, and her bedroom is a lovely place to sleep. All the staff are caring and considerate, and nothing is too much trouble, and I know that she is well looked after at all times.
Lovely environment and wonderful staff. Caring, warm, gentle. Mum is very fragile and has very high care needs. She was most reluctant to leave home and is working hard on making adjustments. Sometimes it has been a bit difficult to ensure information is finding it's way to the right spot. Everyone has worked hard to make a difficult and anxious situation for my mother a success and all the staff have been responsive and supportive.
