The staff are exceptional, kind, thoughtful and caring. I have always felt that my mum was being very well cared for and in safe hands. They are always putting on lots of activities and have a very good Facebook page which is a great idea and helps you to see what a great job they all do.
The food and mealtimes are very good and staff went out of their way to ensure my mum ate a good and balanced diet even when she was poorly.
When visiting, staff always greet you with a big smile and any query/information is professionally and promptly passed on. I will always appreciate the wonderful care my mum had from the staff. Thanks.
A friendly environment with kind and considerate carers willing to go the extra mile to ensure the residents are well cared for. Spent over 4 and a half years in the home, says it all really.
Our mother has been in the care of Maple Tree Court for the last two years. I cannot fault the standard of care and individual concern shown by all the staff. They go out of their way to ensure her health, social and emotional needs are well catered for. They understand and anticipate her needs, dignity and worries in such a positive and genuinely caring way. The communication between staff and relatives is excellent and we cannot wish for a better place for our mother to spend this last stage of her life.
Excellent care home. My mum had a lovely en-suite room to easily accommodate equipment for hoisting. Care was excellent, Mum was always treated with dignity and empathy. The staff were always open to ideas. The environment was always welcoming with facilities for visitors to make drinks. Mum was always very clean and well dressed. During the lockdown, the staff kept us well informed. When my mum required end of life care, I was allowed unlimited visiting. Staff could not do enough for me and my mum during this difficult time, including providing meals for me, a CD player to play my mum's favourite music, facilitating video links to other family members and including the family in all decisions regarding Mum's care. They managed all aspects in a sensitive and supportive manner. My mum moved here from another care home; my only regret is that we did not make the move sooner. I would definitely recommend this care home. A big 'thank you' to all the staff - keep up the good work.
Maple Tree Court is a beautiful care home. We couldn't have wished for a better place for our beloved nanna to spend the last few months of her life. The staff here are brilliant and really welcoming. The care that my nanna received was second to none. Every time we visited, it was so lovely to see that her hair had been styled and her nails painted beautifully. She always seemed to be cosy and comfortable. We would highly recommend this care home.
My nana moved into Maple Tree Court, initially on a respite basis last August, due to her being unsure if it was what she wanted. Following her stay, she made the decision to stay permanently and the care and support she has received has been second to none. I can't thank everyone who works there for looking after her, it really put my mind at ease.
My parents (both in their early nineties) arrived at Maple Tree Court two years ago. It is a bright, warm, friendly and a very welcoming care home. My parents and the rest of the family are always treated with kindness and respect, the staff are like an extended family. The care my parents have received is exceptional. The staff are so patient, caring and professional and the manager is a very ‘hands on’ person. Before Covid, there were activities that families could join in with. Over the last, very challenging, year the staff have been a replacement family for my parents, keeping in touch with us and providing exemplary care. I can’t thank them enough.
The covid situation has not helped really as we cannot visit as we would wish but any contact we have made with the home via Facebook or the telephone has been comforting and nothing is too much trouble.
Mum looks a 100% better now she is eating properly and I'm sure in the coming months her health will improve and she will engage more with other residents to maximise her new life and surroundings.
Really good experience so far, my mum with dementia has been there since September 2020. She's happy, safe, always dressed nicely and has put on weight so we know she's eating well and been cared for. The staff appear hard-working and pleasant.
My mother has been residing at Maple Tree Court since March 2017. Around New Year (just gone) she was moved from residential to dementia and has improved immensely. The care she receives from the extremely hardworking and dedicated staff is second to none and nothing is too much trouble for them. Special thanks to the manager and assistant managers who are always first class to deal with and have improved the home so much.
Everything satisfactory. No complaints.
My husband and I were were slightly anxious about leaving Dad for a weekend because he had never been away from home before. However, we told him he was going on holiday and he thoroughly enjoyed his stay at the 'hotel'. We have never seen a care home like this. It really does surpass all expectation. Dad said his meals were lovely and when we went to collect him we found him very happy like he was home from home. We can't recommend Maple Tree Court enough. The staff are wonderful, Dad's bedroom was out of this world and the whole place is absolutely immaculate!
My mother has had the best care I could have wished for. The care staff go beyond there can be. So glad I chose this home for her.
I do think that my mum feels though she's being looked after by family. I can not fault anything about the place or the staff and I'm very happy - long may it continue (keep up the good work!)
I am very happy with the standard of care offered to my Mum. The staff will always try to please the residents and will always try to make them comfortable. The activities and entertainment are all very good. This home is very welcoming. It gives me peace of mind knowing my Mum is being well looked after. I would highly recommend this home. Well done to all the staff.
Very pleased with the care given and support shown to me.
They have looked after my mum and she thoroughly enjoyed her stay.
The staff (in the main) will always try to do their best to make residents feel comfortable and to retain their dignity, show kindness and sympathy when required and summon a doctor or other medical assistance as and when required.
It is clean, tidy and the staff are excellent in looking after all of the residents' needs.
The activities and entertainment are all very good and help the residents' wellbeing.
All in all, an excellent experience for anyone who stays there.
The home has a welcoming and homely feel.
My mother is cared for very well and since being in the home has seemed happier and content, she takes part in the activities and really enjoys the entertainment put on by the home.
Knowing your mother is being looked after so well has given myself and my sister peace of mind.
