My mother was very happy at Watford House and we could always relax in the knowledge that she was safe, fed and well looked after. There was a friendly atmosphere in the home and activities and trips were organised for the ones who wanted to take part. The staff were always caring, kind and patient
even with difficult residents and we were always welcomed on our regular visits.
