Park View provides a professional and caring environment for residents. The staff are dedicated and committed and provide exceptional care to my mum. The home is well run, and management are approachable and professional.
Thank you so much for the five stars review. I will share your positive review with the team at Parkview.
Nobody likes the thought of a relative going into care, but sometimes there is no choice. Mum went into Park View, Warwick, in September 2025, and we couldn't have asked for better care. She is well cared for, clean, and on the whole, happy. The carers and all the staff are always cheerful, clean and attentive, nothing is too much trouble, hence all my scores being high.
Thank You so much for your 5 star review. I will share your positive review with the team at Parkview.
I am absolutely so delighted with Parkview and the care they give to my Mother. Management took my Mother out for her birthday where I joined them to celebrate her 87th birthday. We had tea, cake and lots of laughs. I couldn't wish for her to be anywhere else as her dementia brain has made it impossible for her to live alone. We also enjoyed a very special Caribbean evening which brightened up a dark cold January . Singing, dancing and wonderful food made the evening very special for the residents and relatives. The staff go above and beyond to help my mother and the family to feel at ease within the carehome setting. Thankyou Parkview! Xx
Thank You S for this Five star Review. We are all glad that we were able to make a difference to mum's stay at Parkview.
My mother lived in Park View for two years and was happy there . Mum was extremely well cared for by the wonderful staff who were unfailingly kind and cheerful. Mum loved the food and really appreciated it when the staff carefully cut her food up so that she could eat jt. Nothing was too much trouble. Mum died recently and the staff were attentive and so kind to mum and all her visitors. Thank you.
Thank You Helen for this Five star Review. It was truly our privilege to care for her, and we're grateful that we were able to bring comfort and peace to her during her final stage. Sending you and your family our warmest thoughts, and thank you again for taking the time to share such a touching message.
I was very impressed with the care provided to my Uncle David during his short stay in your home. The staff were always very caring and helpful whenever we visited and David was very happy there. I would recommend this home to anyone.
Thank you for this 5 star review. Will share this with the team at Parkview.
Words cannot describe how AMAZING this care home is! I was so worried about the process of moving my Mother into 24hr care but after just 2 weeks she is comfortable and settled. I have found all the staff, management and facilities to be truly wonderful. Mum has settled in so quickly due to the one to one care provided and the kindness of staff. I highly recommend Park View - I feel so lucky to have found it xx
Thank You Amanda for this Five star Review. We are all glad that we were able to make mum settled at Parkview with in two weeks.
My mother was cared for extremely well, all the carers were dedicated and passionate. They also extended that care to her family. Would definitely recommend this home. Thank you to all the staff.
Thank you so much for these kind review Andrew, We actually missing your family visits to Parkview.
In her last days, the comfort and reassurance they provided gave us peace of mind during such a difficult time. We will always be grateful for the love and dedication mum and the family received at Park View.
Thank You so much for these kind words. I will share this positive feedback with the Team.
Park View is very clean and well-presented reception area. Rooms are a good size, clean and tidy. Food is very good and portion size ideal. Good facilities can make drinks if required. The weekly planner is very good and gives full visibility of the week ahead. I loved the well-kept garden and plenty of seating to enjoy the sunshine and flowers.
Thank You for your kind words. Team at Parkview will always remember to do the best for our residents and keep them active.
My mum has only been at Park View for nearly 2 weeks and I have to say the management and the caring team is exceptional, my mum is not easy to manage but these guys just take it in their stride. The food is really good and the facilities are excellent, they have a lot of activities which a lot of the residents are happy to join in with. I would give this an excellent rating.
We truly appreciate your continuous trust in Parkview Team. Your Five star review brightens our day. :)
Three members of staff in particular are just brilliant. Keep up the good work!
Thank you for this 5 star review. Will share this with the team at Parkview. :)
Thank you to all the team at Park View for the care they give mum. When I arrived yesterday morning she was enjoying a painting session and looking very happy. I am very grateful for all the care they have shown mum over the past 16 months since she moved there.
We truly appreciate your continuous trust in Parkview Team. Your Five star review brightens our day and serves as a constant reminder of why we love what we do.
I have visited many care homes - non have compared to Park view - as a family we have peace of mind our father is in safe hands, not only for medical reasons (which is imperative with Parkinson's) but park view recognise his needs and give him responsibilities that keep him active mentally and physically, the staff listen and care, I can't thank the management for there support and all of the wonderful staff that work so hard as a team. As you walk into park view it has a warm welcome feeling, as a family we always feel so welcome and enjoy visiting and sitting in the open lounge area. We feel very lucky to be a part of the park view family.
It is a privileged to look after your Dad. Thank you for this beautiful review, and been a massive helping hand to Parkview in many ways.
Dad has been a resident since early 2024. He is a very independent person and it has been a difficult transition for him but we (his family) are very happy how he is being cared for and very appreciative of the staff's efforts. We particularly value the different activities and initiatives that are provided and the time made available from all the staff to engage with the residents.
Thank you very much for your kind review. We take pride in making a difference in people's lives.
Encouraged to join in the many various activities, her life was varied and fun. I can't thank or praise them all enough for the care she received.
Thank You for your kind words. Team at Parkview will always remember the moments they spent with your Aunt. :)
It has been amazing to see the difference in mum in the time time she has been in Park View, she is so much happier than she was previously and a lot less anxious. The staff are really kind and helpful, and Park View is small enough for all the residents to be able to have one-to-one time enjoying favourite pastimes. We're so relieved that mum was able to secure a place here, and make it her new home.
Thank You for this review. We are so happy that we were able to make a difference. I will share your kind words with the team at Parkview.
My dad came in over a year ago, and he is well cared for and looked after by all staff which is a peace of mind here at home .All staff are friendly and talk about any concerns..thank you all for you support and help..
Thank you very much for your kind review. We take pride in making a difference in people's lives.
Such a lovely place to visit my grandad in the staff and management are amazing and so understanding it's such a welcoming place to be it makes me happy to know my grandad in in such good care when i'm not there
Thank you so much for your positive feedback towards Parkview. :)
The setting that Park View enjoys and the close proximity to my own home were big factors in deciding on her move to Warwick.
The Staff have worked hard to make her feel welcome and are sympathetic to her privacy and independence choices. Park View offers the security her Dementia condition requires and staff work hard to encourage her to join in with activities and socialise with other residents at meal times.
It gives our family comfort that Mum is safe and well 24/7 in Park View. Although a very difficult decision to move her from her own home it was the correct one for her at this stage of her life.
Thank you very much for your beautiful review. We appreciate very much taking your time to review our services. At Parkview, we work together with the families of our residents to provide high-quality of care to our residents.

I'm Alicia. I'm the Deputy Manager at Park View
I’m Alicia, the Deputy Manager at Park View, where I’ve had the privilege of working for the past year. For me, it’s all about the residents—I’m grateful for the opportunity to meet and work with so many wonderful people and to offer support wherever I can. I hold Care Certificates at Levels 2 and 3 and take pride in my role in helping make a positive difference in the lives of others.
One of my proudest achievements is being part of the world record-breaking event for the world’s oldest choir, a Guinness World Record! While I love to sing (even if I’m not the best at it), I know it brings joy to others. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, walking the dogs, and painting.

I'm Debbie. I am a Care Assistant
I’ve been a dedicated Care Assistant for 3 years, and I truly take pride in making a positive difference in the lives of our residents. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is the interaction I have with them, whether it's simply chatting or taking part in activities. I especially enjoy it when entertainers visit the home, and I love seeing our residents smile and engage. Visits from school children are another highlight, bringing joy and a sense of connection to our community.
Although I am retired, I find great fulfilment in my role at Park View, which has become a cherished hobby. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active by walking, swimming, and taking campervan holidays, embracing the freedom and adventure that comes with it.

I'm Bridie. I am a Lifestyle Coordinator.
I’m Bridie, a passionate and energetic Lifestyle Coordinator with 8 years of experience. I absolutely love my role, especially the joy I find in caring for residents and making sure they smile every day. Over the years, I’ve gained a Care Certificate Level 2 and was honoured to be named Staff Member of the Month.
One of the highlights of my career was being involved in the world record-breaking event of the world’s oldest choir. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active with walking and running, and I always make time for my family, cherishing those moments together.
