Overall Experience

Good morning to everyone, I now have two years experience of Bearwardcote Hall and I must say the the attention my wife receives from all the staff is nothing short of superb! Nothing seems to be too much trouble and it matters not what is required it will be completed with great attention by the carer. I did at one time ask my wife if she would like to move closer to home and her reply was 'you are not trying to move me from all my friends are you?'. That comment was as good an unasked recommend as you are likely to get from a resident and I was so pleased that my wife is so happy there. Taxi fares are very expensive but worth every penny, just to see my wife happy in her limited surroundings. I Thank you all for your care and attention regarding my wife, wonderful. Thank you one and all.
