I recently visited my grandma on her birthday along with other family members. Nothing was too much for the staff at New Wycliffe Home, arranging a room for the family to have some privacy to celebrate. The home was nice and clean, staff were very welcoming, making everyone feel valued. Seeing what
a difference, the home has made to my grandma's quality of life is very comforting and reassuring.

As a regular visitor to The New Wycliffe to see my friend it's nice to know he is well looked after in all aspects of his care.
The staff are always welcoming and know each of the residents so well. They promote person centered care and it's evident that's what they deliver. I've been at the home
at different times of the day and I've witnessed good organisation and communication from all staff and seniors. Especially at meals times when it can get a bit more hectic.
There is activities, games, music., singing and dancing. Also sitting and talking to the residents.
I like that everyone is offered trips out and family and friends are welcome to come along if we chose.
The staff in the office are always free to chat if there are any concerns, very approachable.
Would definitely recommend The New Wycliffe to future residents' families.

My granddad has been in The New Wycliffe for a couple of years now. Every time I visit there's always something to entertain the residents. He seems very well looked after and everyone loves him. His pleasure is music and they do the utmost to accommodate him, it's nice to see him back to his old self.

I'm really happy that my grandad has such a nice choice of activities to do. The staff are kind and energetic which makes a difference and they are all nice to my grandad.
I would suggest to get some healthier food options such as fresh juices to boost their energy too and maybe more fruit to help
boost their vitamin levels.

The staff at The New Wycliffe are brilliant. They care so much for the residents and nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is very approachable and I know my dad is getting the best care. There are always activities on the go and music and the atmosphere in the home is wonderful.

Every member of staff I met was very respectful, caring, gentle, calm and gave me and my family all the space, support and time we needed, with teas on a constant supply and caring words, hugs and a great knowledge of my mum's needs giving us amazing support right up until Mum's passing and even then
again, love and compassion to each and every one of us, can't have imagined a better experience in such a tough part of life.

My mum came here as her previous home wouldn't take her back after she fell and broke her hip. Her final 3 months were spent in this fantastic home, cared for by excellent staff. We all fell in love with the place and staff and wish she had been here the previous 2 years she spent in another home. Cannot
fault anything to do with The New Wycliffe. 100% recommend this place to everyone.

I have been coming into the home for a number of years. I have found the staff have always been friendly and accommodating when I have visited. They have answered my questions or queries with regards to the residents I have been visiting. The care they have provided has been good and the residents appear
happy and content during my visits.

My sister has been a resident at The New Wycliffe for over 12 months. As an Alzheimer’s sufferer, she has received care of complete excellence. The home is always clean and warm and the staff are very caring and provide care beyond my expectations. Activities and entertainment are always on offer as

After visiting various care homes my family decided to send my mother to New Wycliffe Home as this was found to be extremely clean and warm with extremely friendly and caring staff who went above and beyond our expectations of the care my mother needed.

I have been a regular visitor to the New Wycliffe these last 12 months. I visit my dear friend who has dementia. We have been close friends for the last 60 years. During my working life, I visited many care homes and my experience with the facilities and staff at the New Wycliffe has been of the highest
quality. The staff are kind, patient and caring with the residents. There are plenty of activities and outings and they are always keen to encourage the residents to engage. They have done their utmost to help my friend settle in under very difficult circumstances. I highly recommend it.

My grandma moved to this home and the improvement in her well-being has been amazing! The staff have really helped her with socialising again, they ensure her daily needs are met and they encourage her to join in with activities. I highly recommend this home to anyone! I feel that the staff really put
the family's worries at ease! The residents are given a variety of meal choices for their 3 main meals, they are also offered drinks and snacks throughout the day, which again have a good variation.

My mum was transferred to The New Wycliffe in June 2022. She sat in the foyer an empty soul. She'd lost all her trust and desire for life. But finding this home would finally become Mum's little piece of heaven on earth. These cares are fantastic. They spent time with Mum and gave her time, love,
patience respect and empathy, all the aspects of human kindness. Slowly she began to come alive. I'd walk in and see her smiling and laughing, I knew then she was in the right place for her. Sadly my mum died at The New Wycliffe in September 2023, but this home and the carers gave her a happy life for those final 16 months. I have no reservations at all in recommending this home to anyone's loved ones. From the minute you walk through the doors it is all about those residents, their comfort and their happiness. These people go above and beyond anyone's expectations for their residents. I'd like to send them heartfelt thanks for everything they did for me and Mum.

Our mum has been a resident at The New Wycliffe for 11 months. She is now 98 years old, registered as severely visually impaired and has lived with dementia for over 10 years.
When we could no longer support mum living alone we were really fortunate to find a room at New Wycliffe. The 24/7 care has
given us such peace of mind and the staff are so caring and diligent.
Following a short stay in the hospital, Mum has been welcomed back with open arms by the staff who all genuinely love our mum.
My family visit her regularly and all confirm that the staff at the New Wycliffe are caring, well-trained and competent to interact positively with all of the residents.
We are so pleased that we have been able to place Mum at the New Wycliffe.

He is always clean and tidy with a cheeky smile. They all spend time with him and show him love and respect and I will always be
