I am happy with all the treatment and care from everyone at St. John's. My mother has been very happy here. She likes the activities provided and loves the parties that are held. The new lounge/diner looks amazing, made to a high standard.

Since the Activities person left, the residents are just sitting about and are bored doing nothing. It seems a shame as he kept them active with different games and little jobs in the garden.

I am very pleased with everything that has been happening while my dad has been in care. All the staff are brilliant with my dad. Nothing is too much for the carers and staff to help Dad.

The place is lovely and homely. I am very pleased with everything. I will recommend it to anybody.

Mum is well looked after, staff very pleasant. Meals are OK, Mum is 95 and has a good appetite. The new cafe area etc has been created and looks really lovely.
More activities now than there used to be.

Mum has had a whole year in your home came 20th May. I am so pleased how she has finally settled in and becoming more interested in the entertainment and getting out of her room. So sorry they are short of entertainment staff at the moment but look forward to more input from a replacement. Mum enjoys mini bus days out and a bit of banter from the staff. I am happy that she is happy and settled.

My mother is well cared for in this home. She enjoys the food and has all her own things around her which is important to her. The staff are very caring and obliging. Nothing is too much trouble. Only wish they would encourage her to integrate more.

My mum passed away on Saturday December 2nd. The care and love the staff gave Mum during the six weeks of Mum's end of life I could ask no more of. The staff on duty just before Mum passed away were fantastic. Night staff could not do enough for her or for myself and sister, we will be forever grateful.
