The care home team provided excellent care for our aunt. Great personalised care for all residents. Our first care home experience was less impressive. Neale Court provides care at a good quality level which we would recommend to any family.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review for Neale Court Care Home. Your kind words are appreciated and your lovely comments will be passed on to the staff team. Best regards.
I would recommend Neale Court to anyone who needs the care and support. It is a wonderful home, with very friendly staff. Beautiful sitting room, spacious bedrooms and an assortment of healthy meals. My aunt has settled in nicely and is being cared for and encouraged to meet other residents. If I had to go into a care home I would choose this one.
Thank you for your lovely review of Neale Court care home. Your kind review is appreciated and it is lovely to hear that your aunt is settling in well and that you would choose Neale Court for yourself.
I moved my wife from another care home four months ago. To me, it was like winning the lottery. It was as if I had moved her from a tatty B&B into a five-star hotel. The home is clean, modern and welcoming. The staff are fantastic and always go the extra mile. The food is first class with plenty of choices. I really can't praise it highly enough.
Thank you for your review and kind words. We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review for Neale Court and it's lovely to hear you feel that way.
Thank you so much for everything.
Having found Neale Court for mum our worries are no more. It's a lovely, friendly place to be. The staff are always very helpful, and the care given to mum is second to none. We would highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for a safe haven for a family member.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for Neale Court, we are delighted that your mum has settled in so well with us. It is our pleasure to care for her as part of our Neale Court family.
There was a tangible air of contentment, pride community and purpose for all - from both staff and residents. Well done to all of the staff who have transformed the facilities and structure of the home to enhance and complement their first class care of their residents. Would highly recommend!
Thank you for leaving a lovely review for Neale Court Care Home. We are delighted with our recent refurbishment and feel it has been a real boost for both residents and staff who make the most of their new facilities every day. It is our pleasure to care for your loved one as part of our family here at Neale Court.
The staff and manager (although I haven't had much to do with the manager) are always friendly and helpful. My friend feels uncomfortable with a male carer in attendance when showering, washing or using the toilet but he still turns up so she turns him away. Apart from that dignity has been shown when my friend has been taken to the toilet whilst I've been there. Her room is quite big and adequately furnished and appointed, but the cleanliness is poor. I often have to wipe the bed/table down with Dettol wipes and 9/10 times the floor needs a good hoover. The bathroom needs a better clean as well. My friend enjoys the food and it is great that the chef sees residents on a daily basis and tried to accommodate residents' preferences. The facilities and activities appear good as do safety and security. I appreciate it is uncomfortable but it would be nice to see staff wearing their masks properly at all times. I can't comment on value for money as I don't know how much it is.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for Neale Court Care Home, we appreciate all comments and feedback. We will certainly address your comments regarding the cleanliness of your friend's room and we are disappointed to hear that it has not been maintained to the high standards that we...
Very welcoming environment. Staff are welcoming, youthful, positive and helpful. The home is well maintained and attractive to any visitor.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for Neale Court Care Home, we appreciate all comments and feedback. It's wonderful to hear how welcoming and friendly you find our staff team.
My partner's mother spent approximately 6 months at Neale Court before she sadly passed away. We couldn't find any fault within the home or the care provided. The patience and care shown by all the staff is second to none. My mother-in-law's room (or apartment as we called it) was spotlessly clean at all times as was the dining area and recreational areas. The garden is beautiful which has lovely sitting areas also residents are encouraged to keep up with their gardening hobby whilst living here. My partner and myself were always made to feel welcome by the lovely friendly staff as were other family and friends. This year my partner was unfortunately diagnosed with terminal cancer. He said to me that if he needs to spend any time in a care home he would like it to be Neale Court as did his Mum (we'll be calling you if need be). I would highly recommend Neale Court to all family members and friends as I spent 20 years working in care/ and nursing homes, this one is up there at the top of my list.
Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely review for Neale Court and thank you for your kind recommendation. We are very pleased to hear how welcome you felt at Neale Court, we are always here to support our families.
Our parent has lived at Neale Court for three years. Having a type of dementia that affects your ability to communicate most of your daily needs, we rely on the team to ensure this happens. As a family, we have been involved with all the staff at Neale Court and we feel the staff are approachable and are happy to listen to any concerns we have had. It has been a challenging time for staff within the care sector and as a family, we feel it is important that their work does not go unnoticed and that we value their work and commitment to caring for these vulnerable adults. We visit our relative most days and the team have been happy to allow myself to continue to be involved in our relative's care. My sister helped out with some gardening during the summer. We recently attended a 'Relatives' meeting which enabled us to meet other families. It highlighted how stressful 'Lockdown' had been for residents, staff and families. Our relative is settled and her sense of humour keeps us all entertained.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for Neale Court Care Home, we are very pleased to hear that you have found our staff team helpful during what has been a very difficult period. We thank you for your kind words and will share your comments with the staff. It is our pleasure to care for your loved one as part of our Neale Court family.
My dad has been at Neale Court since July, and being 92, I was concerned whether he would settle in, but I needn't have worried, as there was always someone around to help him find his way around, and the activities are absolutely brilliant, which he thoroughly enjoys. The main reason we chose Neale Court was purely and simply the staff, all of whom work hard, but remain cheerful, helpful and caring. The renovations are nearly complete, and it is looking amazing, worth the upheaval, but then I'm not there 24/7.
Thank you for leaving a review for Neale Court. We are very pleased that your father has settled in so well with us. He loves joining in with the activities, and it's lovely to see him developing friendships with our other residents.
I find the home well run and friendly. The premises are extremely well run and provide a warm and comfortable environment. Without exception, I find the staff welcoming and helpful and the residents are cared for with compassion and understanding.

Mum entered Neale Court initially for respite care after a turbulent few months in and out of hospital. From the moment mum was showed her room she said it felt like she was home! Within a week; said she hoped she could continue to stay forever! The staff at every level, from the kitchen, accommodating her diet and what she sometimes fancies, to the careers who go above and beyond to make each resident feel special and considered; nothing is ever too much trouble to help the resident. The activities lady has an imagination to get all residents involved together and interacting, it’s lovely to see on Facebook. The care and reassurance continually given to my mum are A*. All Management and Staff go out of their way to interact and involve you as family. To every member of the team involved, thank you.

My grandmother and family have been welcomed and looked after by Neale Court with amazing kindness and support. Through their sensible approach and empathy supporting everyone during the sad passing of my grandfather, due to dementia, down to the daily activities and updates that make all the residents and their families smile. Sadly I am too far away to visit often, but a huge thank you to everyone at Neale court for making it a happy home.
Thank you for your kind review of Neale Court Care Home, we appreciate all comments and feedback. It's a pleasure to care for your loved ones as part of our Neale Court family.
All the carers are so lovely and it's clear to see they genuinely care for all the residents. They keep me informed of any changes with my dad and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They keep the residents entertained with fun activities. It's lovely to see photos of my dad taking part.
My dad's room is clean and spacious. The food is 'fit for a king' as he keeps saying.
I couldn't ask for better care for my dad and would highly recommend Neale Court to anyone looking for a care home for their loved ones.
Thank you to all the staff for the amazing care you give to my dad.

Living overseas, as we do, it is very comforting to know that our relative is being well taken of. Seeing the photos on Facebook of all the activities taking place at the residence is very reassuring; they always look like they are having a fun time.

Both my parents entered Neale Court Care Home in March 2020. During that time, myself and my husband have been welcomed into Neale Court and made to feel like part of the Neale Court family. Unfortunately, my dad deteriorated quite quickly (his condition was the reason they entered Neale Court). In his final days, both my husband and I were allowed in to care for him and to support my mum and were included in staff Covid testing to ensure safety. Neale Court supported us after Dad's death and gave excellent care to my bereaved mum. Mum continues to reside there and is very happy. I would be very happy to recommend Neale Court to anyone thinking about residential care for their loved one.
Thank you for your very kind review of Neale Court Care Home, it was our pleasure to care for your parents as part of our Neale Court family. I will share your comments with our staff team.
Mum was a resident at Neale Court for over 4 years until July 2020 when she sadly passed away. She chose Neale Court herself after looking around several other care homes and the family reading the good reviews. She was very happy there, all staff were exceptional and compassionate and looked after her with high standards right until the end. Mum considered all staff as being her friends and was grateful for everything they did for her. Well done to all staff and thank you for looking after my Mum so well.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review for Neale Court Care Home, we appreciate all comments and feedback. It is wonderful to hear that you were so pleased with the care of your mother, it was a pleasure to care for her. I will ensure that your kind words are passed on to our staff team.
