Neale Court Care Home

My grandma hasn't been with you very long, but in a matter of a few weeks, her confidence has grown, and it's lovely to see photos of her joining in with the arts and craft activities you've been doing. Thank you, Neale Court carers!

The staff are always upbeat and happy to help and genuinely care. My mother has been much happier and mentally alert since moving in.

Both my parents entered Neale Court Care Home in March 2020. During that time, myself and my husband have been welcomed into Neale Court and made to feel like part of the Neale Court family. Unfortunately, my dad deteriorated quite quickly (his condition was the reason they entered Neale Court). In his final days, both my husband and I were allowed in to care for him and to support my mum and were included in staff Covid testing to ensure safety. Neale Court supported us after Dad's death and gave excellent care to my bereaved mum. Mum continues to reside there and is very happy. I would be very happy to recommend Neale Court to anyone thinking about residential care for their loved one.

Mum was a resident at Neale Court for over 4 years until July 2020 when she sadly passed away. She chose Neale Court herself after looking around several other care homes and the family reading the good reviews. She was very happy there, all staff were exceptional and compassionate and looked after her with high standards right until the end. Mum considered all staff as being her friends and was grateful for everything they did for her. Well done to all staff and thank you for looking after my Mum so well.

When I walked into Neale Court, I knew this was going to be a lovely home for Mum. You can tell the staff here are working as carers because they are passionate about caring, not just doing a job. The interaction from the staff to me as a relative has been positive and friendly. I am always contacted if Mums needs change. I would recommend this care home 100-per-cent.

The staff are amazing, and my mum has settled so well; she is now putting on a bit of weight and is contented, what else can you ask for!

My mum came out of hospital and needed respite care. On telephoning the care home we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist, so helpful. A room was arranged and mum moved in. I cannot thank the wonderful staff enough, amazing care. Mum had always been daunted by a nursing home stay but not here. We felt part of a lovely atmosphere and the staff cannot do enough for the residents and families.

My first impressions of Neale Court is of a beautifully clean home with caring, friendly staff who pay attention to detail. It is early days for my Aunty but the staff are making every effort to ensure she is well looked after and cared for.

From the first time we looked around Neale Court we knew it was absolutely perfect for my Grandmother. Over the 3 years she lived there the staff were wonderful with her especially in the last few weeks of her life. I know my Grandmother was very happy living there and we cannot thank all the staff enough for all their care and support.

We would both like to say a big thank you to all concerned.

I find the staff very friendly and very helpful at all times. The person I know gets his meds on time and regular meals, which is a weight off my mind. They call the doctors if concerned about his health. It's nice to see the integrating of staff with him too. They take him out in the garden and out to the village. I'm allowed to take him out as well.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming, very helpful and efficient.

All the carers are very good and very easy to talk to.

He also needs help getting washed and dressed and sometimes with the toilet. The service was good and he is going again.

When my health deteriorated and I decided to look for a care home, Neale Court was mentioned and when I visited to view the accommodation I found the staff extremely friendly and welcoming. The individual flats were ideal for me, unfortunately, I had only been in my flat a few weeks when I became very ill and had to spend several weeks in the hospital, however, once coming back to my flat all the staff have looked after me extremely well and nothing is too much trouble.

I have been in Neale Court since 22 December and have found the room, staff, food very good. I have not been to many activities as I like my own company but the ones I have been to were very good.

I can highly recommend Neale Court. The staff and management are caring and considerate at all times. The atmosphere is wonderful and it really does feel like home. Visitors are welcomed and everyone is friendly and helpful. Anyone thinking of Neale Court as a future home for their relative should feel confident they will be relaxed and happy as nothing is too much trouble for the carers here.
