My Husband moved into The Old Hall approximately 6 months ago and I have found everything they provide for his comfort and well-being second to none. As far as the staff goes - from management to 'hands-on', the love and care shown to every resident is obvious as soon as one walks through the door.
It is dedication at its highest level - these people don't just 'do a job', they give total commitment. I cannot speak more highly of this wonderful place.

All staff are kind, caring, professional, friendly and very approachable both for residents and their families. I truly would not want my Dad to live anywhere else. The food looks super and I have sampled cakes and puddings which are lovely. Dad's bedroom is bright and airy. Everywhere smells nice and
the garden is beautiful. This place is wonderful and I always enjoy visiting my Dad and chatting to all the super staff.

The Old Hall proved to be an excellent place for mum to spend the last 15 months of her life. The care was consistent of a high standard, with all the staff seemingly committed and hard working. It was efficiently organised and well led and staff seemed well trained and capable. We felt quite reassured
that mum was well looked after by carers who were good humoured, kind and patient. The Old Hall is a lovely old building and while it may not have all the facilities of a purpose-built home, it was safe and well decorated and comfortable throughout. There was always a warm and homely atmosphere, with a range of activities going on to enhance the residents’ quality of life, and the garden outside was lovely. The home seemed well supported by outside agencies, such as district nurses, Marie Curie nurses and the close by GP practice. There was good communication with the family and we were always welcomed and well looked after. We could not have wished for a better care home for mum.

The care my sister gets at this home can only be described as wonderful. All the staff and management give her the love and care you hope for, and she deserves, which makes the family's concerns a whole lot easier to deal with.

On behalf of my family can I thank everyone for the way they all look

after our sister.

My mother in law has undergone a transformation since joining The Old Hall.
All for the better.
She suffers from Alzheimer's and the specialist care she has received has helped her to flourish.
She's confident, contented and happy.
I have genuinely no complaints regarding her care and wish other
homes could reach such a standard.

My mother came to live at The Old Hall in January 2017.
All my expectations for my mother's care and needs have been realised and much more, which I can only put down to the truly amazing staff and ethos of the home.
The transformation both in my mother's physical and emotional well-being has been
immense.
She is content, confident and at last happy.

Having experienced 8 months of extremely good care of my next door neighbour, he entered the house in June 2016 and from that day he was happy and contented with the staff, residents and the care and I can only add my observations that he was well looked after right up to end of life for which I was
extremely grateful. Marks out of ten (9 and a half). Food, staff and management, everything was done to make him feel at home. Job well done.

Since my mother-in-law was admitted after a stay in hospital due to a fall she has been so well looked after. Nothing is too much for the staff in relation to her well-being including the fact that she only likes brown bread! The staff are also very welcoming of visitors. Since my mother-in-law has
been here which has only been two weeks, she has come on in leaps and bound in her recovery. Thank you.
