The Old Hall is an outstanding care home and my Mother-in-law has been a resident for 2 and a half years. She is very happy here and the care is exceptional. This is all down to the leadership of the home and the continual training of staff (which they all respond to with enthusiasm). This results in care with a very human face based on the philosophy that the residents do not live in a workplace, but that staff work in their home.

Every time we visit we always get a very warm welcome, cup of tea. Staff are always very friendly and caring.

The staff team at The Old Hall continue to care for our mother to the highest of standards providing dignified care and a positive approach to all aspects of our mothers life.

The staff are always welcoming when you arrive. Mum has been a resident for 3 years. We are very happy with the care she receives. It is a great comfort to know mum is happy and well cared for.

My mother-in-law has been here for several years. It is plain to see that she is very well cared for. The staff are excellent, and do what ever is necessary for her to enjoy the benefit of a full and integrated life.

My grandma has been at The Old Hall for three years and the care and support she has received has been excellent. The staff are very attentive, and ensure that her needs are met at all times. All areas are clean and the food is of a good standard.

My mother is a resident at the Old Hall and absolutely loves living there, Her words when she first came to live here was look at my room and look at how lovely the staff are to me. She really enjoys the home cooked food here. They haver even let her have a little dog Jessie here. She is always happy and has lots of banter with the staff. It just has a lovely atmosphere when you come in here, happy and friendly.

Very warm welcoming home, my granddad loved every second of his time here.
