I cant fault the home at all. Quality of care is 10 out of 10. Home from home. Lovely food. Mum is very happy and well cared for. Staff are lovely. Mum would tell us if she wasn't happy.
Mum has been a resident for the last three years. She is very happy and well cared for. When I visit I don't mind going home and leaving her because I know she is well looked after.
Made very welcome on arrival, offered tea, coffee, staff very helpful. Excellent food, nothing too much trouble. Home from home.
Very friendly, well run care home. Attentive staff.
It's such a joy to come and visit my nan in this wonderful home, she is always happy and looking well, staff are amazing, lovely, and so welcoming. She always looks presentable, there is plenty for them to do and the building is very clean and well presented Staff are very chatty and are fantastic with all the residents. It's lovely to see :)
