I visit my wife every day if possible and therefore see how the home is running. All I can say apart from the information below is that I am glad that my wife is in this first class home.

Overall Experience
During the care of both my mother and father, I have been pleased at all times with the way that Wispington House's staff have shown compassion and care. At all times we have been made welcome by both the manager and care staff. I highly recommend this excellent care home.

Staff at Wispington House are always friendly and helpful. They treat all the residents, particularly those who are less mobile or more confused, with tender patience, warmth and genuine care. Staff at Wispington House are always friendly and helpful. They treat all the residents, particularly those who are less mobile or more confused, with tender patience, warmth and genuine care. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed but that does not mean a lack of vigilance; nothing gets missed. There is lots of fun and really good, home cooked food. High professional standards are under constant review and development which includes resident's and family's feedback being listened to and acted on. I am delighted with the care my Mum is given.

Overall Experience
My wife has been a resident at Wispington House, since it was taken over by the new owners and management. The whole experience of being looked after and cared for in the surroundings and homely-ness are second to none. Along with the fact I can rest assured she's in safe and sound.

We are always greeted in a friendly manner by the management and staff who settle him in his chair and always ask him if he would like a drink.
