Mum has been at Jubilee Court just under a year. A few details needed addressing with mums incontinence but that is all resolved. Much improvement has recently occured with new management. All the staff try their very best to help mum. All in all no complaints.

Overall the care was ok, the staff were friendly and nothing really seemed too much trouble. The food was really good quality and looked very appetising. The only negative comment would be this was not particularly local to me and did entail a lengthy journey everyday and that was totally out of the hands of the home but was more to do with a placement being available.

I couldn't give it five stars as I do think some of the care could have been a bit better particularly nursing care, however it made the last two weeks of my mothers life more bearable. I do think it would have been a nice gesture though to extend condolences once my mum died.

Walking around Nottingham's Famous Goose Fair on Saturday, The Activity Lady and everyone from Jubilee Court will Know who I refer to D.M, had brought two residents from Jubilee court by Taxi to let them enjoy the Lights, smells, Stalls etc and the fun of the fair, whilst walking round with them I particularly noticed the attention to the care of these two people, Shown by the Lady mentioned, she made sure they were enjoying the experience, bought them Hot Dogs and and let them buy things they wanted to take back with them for friends or family,

The next Day, Sunday my daughter and myself went to the Community Silver Sunday Cream Tea event,
which was excellent, I again witnessed the same attention to the Care of all the attendees, by this Lady,
I would like to congratulate her on her Excellent Caring Nature for all those in her charge,

and thank you Jubilee for a Delicious Cream Tea.

My granddad is at the care home, he was moved to here from another care home. He is so settled and a lot happier. The carers take amazing care my my granddad, I follow them on their social media platform, and see regular posts of activities and trips they do, and it is amazing to see my granddad socialise and joining in. Seeing him smile is amazing.

From the first time we stepped into reception, we knew this was the home we chose for dad. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, every wish and need was granted - even ones we didn't know we wanted. We were involved and kept up to date every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for a better team of staff to care for our dad, for his last few weeks of life. Eternally grateful.

We came to visit to see if there was a space for my dad, and we loved the place from the start. Dad moved in and was cared for and loved. The staff are amazing, very attentive and caring. The home is always clean and tidy, and the other residents seem happy here too. Dad left this world peacefully after spending his four weeks in this amazing place. We will never be able to thank you enough.

My dad became a resident on Sandringham in April 2025. After living by himself with dementia and care at home, he became unsafe to be at home due to his falls. Since being at Jubilee Court, he has regained a lot more confidence and enjoys the company of the other residents and staff. Myself and our family are all very grateful for the level of care he receives and, in particular, the amount of activities he is able to join in. Thank you to all the staff. Always recommend Jubilee to everyone I speak to.

Having had my father-in-law in a different home. I could not believe the difference it made bringing him to this home. He settled almost immediately. He joins in with the activities. He really likes it, which is a big relief for us. The staff and management are superb. We cannot ask for anything better.

Overall Experience
The level of care received for the 15 weeks my late friend was resident at Jubilee Court was exemplary. All staff were kind, caring, helpful, attentive, cheerful with a positive attitude. The home is well maintained, clean with a positive atmosphere.
All visitors (and there were quite a few) commented on how nice the staff were and how clean and tidy Jubilee Court was.

End of Life Care is a challenging experience for the individual and the staff. The experience of Jubilee Court providing dignity along with the positive attributes from the staff made this difficult time more comforting than one could have imagined.

Terrible Experience - Proceed with Caution

We are in the process of pursuing legal action against this care home due to the unacceptable treatment my grandparent received. On two separate occasions, I walked in to find him stuck down the side of his bed. This neglect resulted in a broken femur-despite staff initially insisting that he had not sustained any such injury.

The management has been shockingly poor and unresponsive. However, I would like to acknowledge one staff member- a newly appointed nurse-who has been a rare exception. His care, professionalism, and compassion have stood out. Thank you, for your support during such a distressing time.

What's even more alarming is that, after speaking with other families at the hospital, I discovered that similar incidents have happened to others who were under this care home's supervision.

Avoid this place at all costs. If you value the wellbeing of your loved ones, do not send them here.

Although my cousin was reluctant to consider a move to a care home, she agreed to move into Jubilee Court Care Home with Nursing after we managed to secure her a place. It is a lovely place with kind and helpful staff catering for all of the needs of the residents staying there. They were extremely helpful when we initially were looking at where my cousin could go and made her transition from the hospital to the home seamless.

Now my cousin is happy, safe and being well cared for. We could not ask for more.

We are very happy with the care given to my mum who has Alzheimer's. The transition from living at home with carers into full time care has been made easier by the hard work of all staff and my mum has settled well. Staff are caring, polite, helpful and dedicated. The range of activities is very impressive and I feel this really helps mum. She is always kept busy and families are invited to join in and encouraged to share experiences to make more valuable memories together.
