Staff are fantastic, residents are easy to get along with, food is brilliant, the home is fantastically clean. I would recommend to anyone as I found being here very pleasant, if I need a care home to stay, I would come back here but gladly pay.

I recently spent approximately 2 weeks at Sutton Manor following a major operation at the hospital and cannot fault the care I was given by each individual member of staff.
I am now recuperating at home but will remember with affection the excellent care I received.
I owe my recovery in no small part to my treatment at Sutton Manor.

Thank you all most kindly.

My father recently stayed at Sutton Manor for rehabilitation after major surgery. The care and consideration that he was given by all the staff was truly wonderful. He thoroughly enjoyed his stay there, he especially enjoyed the activities. My father, brothers, sister and I, can not recommend this wonderful home enough.

A very big thank you to you all for providing him with care, kindness, and help in his daily needs.

Having spent 5 weeks at Sutton Manor Residential Home I feel qualified to express my conclusions sound in the knowledge that I am unlikely to have missed anything that could be regarded as untoward. If the time comes to consider permanent residence I will not hesitate to choose Sutton Manor, I have been treated exceptionally well and made to feel totally at home. Food is extremely good and varied and beautifully served. I find the staff and management extremely accommodating and thoughtful with the medical cover being beyond reproach. I am totally satisfied with every aspect of my stay.

The care I received at Sutton Manor has been superb. The staff have given me a safe and secure environment in which to recover from my operation. Their care has been calm and professional, with a great sprinkling of cheerfulness and humour.

I can offer no criticism of my time spent here.

I am A working single mum and the only child of a disabled father. He has a carer morning and night and I cook, clean, wash, shop etc for him 7 days a week. I am struggling with my own health issues. This last bout of illness my dad was hospitalised and honestly pushed me to breaking point. I was told that as part of his rehabilitation he would go to Sutton Manor. We were both so frightened having heard such awful stories. However I walked into a "home" not a place for old people. Wonderful, caring staff, great bedrooms, facilities and food. To hear my dad say "I couldn't be in a better place", said it all. Thank you from the bottom of our heart- fantastic!

I came here as couldn't manage at home and the care and help I receive here at Sutton Manor is excellent. My room is great, is personalised with my own things and family photo's, the food is good, different choices. Activities are good, I enjoy a good game of Dominoes and Cards. Manager is lovely and is very helpful and there if needed.

I like being here as I am well looked after and the carers are good, my room is decorated to how I like, I am a diabetic and the meals are suitable for my diet. I enjoyed razzle dazzle entertainers. I enjoyed playing dominoes and having a drink of beer with others this was a good social time.

During my stay at Sutton Manor I found the staff to be very welcoming, caring and supportive. Nothing is too much trouble and I am always treated with dignity. I like the fact that I can arrange to have my hair done once a week and can choose to take part in activities if I wish. There is always someone there if I need a shower and the O.T's are helping me to maintain and improve my mobility.

My mother is given excellent care and attention at all times. The home is spotlessly clean and so is she. I can't ask for anything that would be any better. I am totally satisfied with her care and would recommend this home to anyone.

As a 78 year old pensioner with a view of not ever going into a care home, I was sent here at 9:30pm and I was not very nice to the carer who took me to my bedroom. I said I was not staying here and I would catch a bus home next day, the next morning I got a full breakfast and at the dinner table I was face to face with someone who I have known most of my life, after a few days I came to fit in with the daily goings on here. I enjoyed the banter with the carers, as days went by my views of a care home have changed. I commend this home.
