We could not be happier with the care Rose has received!
The manager and team have been fantastic...
Communication has been very good throughout.

Her room is lovely, and the staff have even taken great care in hanging all her (many!) pictures.

At Beechfield Lodge, the team have taken their time with Mum, getting to engage with more and more activities. This has enabled Mum to settle in at her pace, as leaving her family home after 52 years was a major upheaval. This transition has been made easier by the teams, care and compassion.

The best care home I have ever visited, with its warm and caring staff, and cleanliness, it's like a home from home. My friend is so very happy here.

My dad has been living here for just over a month. In that time we as a family have been very impressed with the care and support he has received. Dad has dementia and sometimes can present as challenging but the staff treat him with dignity and respect.

My mum was a resident at Beechfield Lodge for over 8 years. The care, attention and respect that my mum received was outstanding during her time there. The staff are utterly outstanding, so caring and go over and above.
Rooms are kept to a very high standard, security is brilliant, and it's just an overall outstanding place to live. The manager and her team are outstanding.

We entrusted them with our crown jewel, our mum, and they never ever let us down. Mum very sadly passed away over the weekend and yet again they excelled in their respect for our family.

From our first visit to Beechfield Lodge, I was so impressed with the building, the staff, the facilities and the room of my father-in-law. We were so sorry that we had to move to a nursing home, but when our time comes I hope that we can get a place at Beechfield Lodge.

Lovely care home. Lovely staff. More like a hotel than an elderly person's home. The meals looked delicious. The staff are very pleasant and amenable. Would recommend.

My mother was a resident in Beechfield Lodge for 15 months. In July 2022, her dementia took a massive decline. The staff at the home have always been extremely caring and understanding of her condition, even through the trials that Covid brought. During her last days, we were staying day and night. The staff were amazing, providing drinks, food and lots of support. Nothing was too much trouble. Even finding a priest to give last rites is an almost impossible task.

Reception and support staff are friendly and helpful. It's nice that staff remember the families' names, as where Mum was before, we were never spoken to. Mum has everything she needs, and the staff are very kind to her.
