My uncle was very settled and extremely well cared for. Every member of the home from admin to the carers were lovely while being very professional. I will not hesitate in choosing The Beeches for my Uncles next Respite stay knowing he will be so well looked after.
I couldn't fault the care and support that the staff of The Beeches care home provided. It was to the highest standard and friendly. In my opinion, he couldn't have received any better care.
Our mum came to stay at The Beeches a few weeks ago. Mum seems to be settling nicely. She participates in the many activities and is enjoying the company of the other residents and the helpful and caring staff. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and we feel that out mum is safe in their competant hands. It was hard coming to terms with mum going into residential care but we need not have worried. The Beeches has been brilliant regarding this matter and alivated all our worries. Thanks all.
I often use is that everyone cares.
They made a hard decision easier and made mum feel welcome, cared for, but still independent.
Thank you
It was with reluctance I had to place my husband into respite care, due to my ongoing health problems. My son researched care homes and decided to go and look at The Beeches. The best decision we made. The welcome and the warmth and love. Our instinct was not wrong, it is the most amazing place, not only do they care for the residents they care for the family too. Nothing is to much trouble for all the staff. I cannot praise The Beeches enough. It is a wonderful place.
My brother has been in The Beeches for 2 years he has been treated with nothing but dignity and respect. The care is exemplary. The atmosphere in the home is warm and inviting. It was definitely the best decision made for my brother. The care he receives is personalised and person centred. He loves it here.
Would definitely recommend. The staff go above and beyond, the activities keep resident as active as they can be. All in all no complaints.
My family member moved into The Beeches a couple of months ago. She is really settling into the home. The staff and care that is offered at The Beeches is amazing. Really helpful and always there when needed. I feel as if all staff care/office staff go above in all aspects. The home and my family members bedroom is always lovely and clean. Couldn't ask for a better home.
Since entering the Beeches Care Home. My father in law has made a great change in his everyday positivity. Thanks to the fantastic team at the Beeches. The care home manager, a member of the admin staff, carers too many to name, and everyone else involved in the day to day running of The Beeches Care Home.
Mum came into The Beeches Care Home last week. We were transferring Mum from the hospital after surgery and she needed respite care until she can come home, as we're having to modify the bathroom and kitchen and have builders in. I'm based in Scotland, so have been arranging a lot of this on the telephone, and I have to say the admin lady has been very supportive and helpful - even going to pick up some equipment from Mum's house so that she could move into The Beeches with what she needs. The admin lady also organised Mum's vegan food for her, which I'm grateful for. Staff members have been caring and sympathetic in getting Mum settled.
I have found everything about this home fantastic. I can't fault it in any way.
Dad came into The Beeches Care Home on the 18th June 2025. I was feeling emotional about the situation. The admin lady has been amazing, and communication is fantastic. All staff members are caring and assisted in settling Dad in. The manager is very approachable. Dad is certainly enjoying the food on offer. Not to mention the maintenance man hanging Dad's pictures, making his room more homely.
Mum has been in The Beeches for a year now, she's very happy (apart from moaning about the food). The family are all satisfied, can't complain about anything. All the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful.
i regularly visit the home to see my friend who has lived there a while. every time i visit the staff are really nice and my friend says he wouldn't want to live anywhere else, he is really well cared for and is so happy.
My grandma has been a resident in this home for over a year. I can honestly say the staff are all fantastic, nothing is too much for them. They provide such top-class care and also a fun stimulating environment. There are always activities going on, there's always laughter, and there's lots of love and care. I'm so glad my grandma is part of this loving home and that she is happy and safe.
Amazing staff; so caring helpful and loving. They go above and beyond for my grandma and she is so happy there. She feels safe and well looked after. The staff can't do enough for my grandma and are always there to answer any questions we have.
I visit the care home monthly with other church members and we have a service, reading and songs. I'm also 30+yrs with nhs and I see excellent care in this beautiful care home. Attentive staff, happy residents. Clean and tidy and welcoming. They regularly take the residents out and have activities in the day. 100% fabulous place.
My aunt is extremely happy at The Beeches and has been since she moved there in 2016. I have always been really impressed with the way in which the care team look after her - she is really content here.
Mum comfortable and happy. All staff very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend The Beeches Care Home.
The staff are all so caring and compassionate, they go above and beyond.
My Mum is very well settled and comfortable, it's like a home from home for her. She loves all the staff.
