A wonderful care home that goes above and beyond, not only for the residents but for the family and friends of residents too.
After eight years of attentive care my mother-in-law has passed away, peacefully and with dignity. The staff kept us well informed of her condition between our visits over the last few days. We could see that she was stiill being attended, changed, washed, and kept company even though she had little conciousness at that time. Everything that we could have wished for was done. The inevitable arrangements were made easy, and advice was available. The staff were supportive of our family and were clearly affected themselves by her passing. They had been like family to her and to us as well. Our thanks can never be enough reward.
My wife is well cared for and I am very pleased for 21 years. Absolutely marvels they all are here at The Beeches.
I can't fault this care home at all. When I hear reports of other care homes I am so pleased that we chose The Beeches for mum.
Everyone is so helpful and caring and I couldn't be happier here.
The staff are good. The home is nice.
I am happy here at The Beeches Care Home, meeting new friends.
Mum has been at The Beeches Care Home for over five months now. She is receiving the very best of care from all the staff. Relatives and family are also receiving the same care. Nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is made to feel welcome. The staff are bright and bubbly (especially the staff in the office). All the residents appear happy and well cared for.
Every time we go, we are made welcome. Everything runs really well. In a word - brilliant.
Really pleasant staff and everything always runs well. The staff always try to make it a family environment. Mother has a very good relationship with the staff.
All staff are excellent. The carers are very kind and dedicated to looking after the residents. All the staff have made myself and my family feel very welcome every time we visit. I am so pleased, as a family, we chose The Beeches to make it home for our Mum.
The staff are very good.
I like it very much here.
I am so happy here. I am well looked after. The staff can't help me enough.
The staff are excellent, from the management to the carers and office staff. Very, very helpful to me and my mum.
My stay has been really good. I have felt safe and happy all of the staff have been really good and helpful and understanding of my health. I would stay here if I could.
I visited my close friend, whose birthday it was. The staff greeted me with joy, excitement that everything was back to normal. I can only say that if I had to go into a home, I would happily live in this home.
The Beeches go above and beyond to take the very best care of our loved ones. We could not ask for more.
A very happy, friendly home, well run, staff excellent and management always willing to help.
Excellent care.
Following a previous bad experience at a care home, my father is so happy and content at The Beeches Care Home. The staff are all caring, approachable and dedicated to ensuring residents are happy and their needs are catered for.
