Fantastic, helpful staff!
Very pleased with The Beeches Care Home. Amazing, caring staff. Good food. Cleaning in the room is of a high standard, as with all areas.
Our family would like to express our gratitude for the fantastic care our Mum (Queen of The Beeches) received whilst in care at The Beeches Care Home, Dukinfield. She arrived in 2017 and lived there happily until her passing in October 2021. The manager and all the staff at The Beeches deserve massive credit for the excellent professional, caring way the home is run. We always had a nice friendly welcome from them on our visits and The Beeches is more like a family home than just a care home. Mum’s room and the home was always spotlessly clean and tidy. Their care for Mum could not have been bettered and we are so grateful she ended her days in such a loving and friendly environment. Members of staff even came in to visit her on their days off. We would not hesitate to recommend The Beeches Care Home to anyone looking for residential care for their loved ones and would again like to say a big thank you to everyone in the home who cared so lovingly for Mum.
She looks healthy, gaining weight and has settled in really well.
The care that mum gets from The Beeches Care Home is excellent. We could not expect anything less. The staff are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. Mum is in very safe and capable hands.
I am very pleased with the way the staff and management run the Beeches. It's very clean and tidy when we visit. My mum is well cared for and she is very happy there. The entertainment they provide (or will be doing, once possible) is fantastic. It is definitely one of the best care homes for my mum. I would recommend this care home to anyone who wishes to use them.
The Beeches has been amazing from the day my nana landed there. This is the first time I have seen her since Covid, but I have felt reassured she has been given the best care possible and been happy in herself. Hats off to all the staff at The Beeches. You are all amazing, caring people. Thank you so much.
Nothing is too much trouble from pre arrival to settling my mum into The Beeches. Their care towards my sister and I was so reassuring and helpful, and we know Mum is in the right place to give us confidence to relax knowing she is in safe hands. Their attention to covid safety is 100% (having seen it fall below expected standards at Mum's previous home) I have every confidence in my mum now being resident here.
Our mother has been in residential care for almost three years. The pandemic has caused everyone great difficulties, and not being able to visit our mum caused us great concern. Our family is spread wide and far, and Mum was nearly 50 miles from the nearest family member. We came to the decision to move Mum nearer to one of us so we could start regular visits as things ease up. I found The Beeches on an online search and they have been brilliant from the outset. Their level of care and personal attention for our mum is fantastic, and we look forward to regular personal visits later this year.
I would not hesitate to recommend The Beeches Care Home to anyone looking for residential care. This was my first choice for my mum, and it was the right choice. I am kept informed as to my mum's well-being, and the activities taking place are paramount to the happiness of the residents. I have no concerns about the safety of my mum.
My mother resided at The Beeches Care Home, for the past 20 months. It was my first experience of care homes and I think naturally I was initially worried about what the experience would be like and how well my mother would be looked after. I shouldn't have worried, all of the staff have been extremely kind and caring she could not have been in better hands. Sadly my mother has just passed away and I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart everyone who looked after her. My brother and I felt that she was in a great place, where those that cared for her made sure that she was comfortable, they took great personal interest in her and over the 20 months got to know her really well and enjoyed a laugh and joke with her when possible. My brother and I also felt that the way we were treated was really kind and considerate. I can't thank you enough for the support, help and care you provided. Thank YOU so much.
My mother-in-law was cared for to a high standard. The staff were friendly, happy and extremely caring, and helpful to the family and my mother-in-law. I couldn’t have wished for a more caring, safe environment for the last few years of her life. It was always a happy and welcoming place to enter. Staff were so caring that they would go beyond their duties to help, especially as far as going into the home on their days off.
All staff were friendly and helpful. The revised a simple, but ingenious way to facilitate friends and relations to meet safety with residents, with 100% control of preventing contact.
The staff are very caring, kind and polite to visitors. Thank you.
I've been visiting my friend since her admission in 2016 and I must say that she is always happy and has nothing but lovely things to say - she is well looked after and The Beeches is a lovely welcoming home with warm, caring staff. Well done! Although I can't visit at present I have had lots of phone calls off her. This is very reassuring.
I am very pleased with the care that my mum is receiving at The Beeches Care Home. The facilities are good and the staff are very kind and caring trying to keep everyone stimulated with activities. My mum has settled in well. I have no hesitation in recommending The Beeches to anyone looking for care.
It was Mum's 99th birthday, she had the most wonderful time. Everyone at Thye Beeches made her day so special. We must mention one particular member of staff who worked so hard. Mum has been a resident since November, and although it was a hard family decision to make, we know it was the right one. Thank you for memorable birthday for Mum.
All the carers are very friendly and it's a really warming and friendly home. The staff work really hard with each resident. I would recommend this home.
Since I have been coming here to The Beeches to visit my sister I have been amazed at how quickly she has settled in. The Beeches feels very homely and relaxed. They go out of their way to produce a broad range of activities and the staff are so caring, supportive and understanding. A huge thank you to everyone at The Beeches and keep up the good work.
The home is clean and tidy.
I would recommend it to anyone.
