I visit my ex, next-door neighbour, roughly once a week. I find The Beeches very welcoming and a caring place to be. The residents appear to be very happy and well cared for and the staff reflect this in their caring attitude in which nothing is too much trouble.

Whilst visiting The Beeches, I have found it to be a really pleasant environment. The care staff are extremely polite and courteous. They are extremely caring, putting the needs of each resident first. The residents seem to be happy and settled in their home.

My mother has been a resident at The Beeches for two years.

She says 'my carers are wonderful and would do anything for you'. My Mum is a very private persona and her wishes and routine are respected. She is very comfortable in the environment. The Beeches is a happy and welcoming place. The management and their team work very hard to achieve this atmosphere. They are friendly and very committed to ensuring that the residents are as happy as possible and safe in their environment.

I am part of the team from a local church in Dukingfield visiting The Beeches. The link person at The Beeches makes a great deal of effort to set the room up for us and get many of the residents to come. The home is warm, friendly and, obviously, a happy home for the residents. About 20 attend and appreciate the time. The majority have been church members and appreciate the visit. We are delighted that the staff really make an effort to make this happen for the residents. The link person is always welcoming, friendly and takes part.

Since my auntie arrived at The Beeches she's improved in her eating habits, mood and weight gain. Lovely to see her settled in and the friends she has made. Lovely to see that when I've visited, whichever room we're in, there is a staff member sitting unobtrusively in the room doing paperwork - yet on hand to toilet the residents sensitively - preempting the need to visit the loo.

My auntie also says after lunch 'she's asked for her opinion of the food. Staff speak politely to visitors of residents and seem to be happy in their work - good management.

In the time I have been here I have been very gratified by the background attitude and personal attitude of the staff. What has struck me most is the will of the staff to take on any task presented which is considered necessary no matter what. The kindness has to be appreciated.
