The staff are amazing - they care and really look after the residents. The amount of respect that is shown is wonderful. The residents are treated as people - genuinely it's a great place.

I think the care provided is a s good or if not better than most care homes in the Tameside area. Staff are very attentive and caring and go out of their way to help and assist residents needs. I am not than satisfied with the care provided to my father.

We chose this care home back in March 2024 because of friendliness of the staff and welcome we received. It was clear then and still now how the residents are cared for and the activities they plan create an environment where the residents can join in. Our mum really enjoys the Friday afternoon...
I would definitely recommend this home and it is certainly worth a visit.
All the staff are happy and smiling, they make everyone feel so welcome. There is so much going on, singers every week, exercise classes, knit and natter, cooking and other activities. The food is wonderful with a lot of choice.

An excellent caring home for my mother. I have nothing but praise, my mother really enjoys the regular entertainment where she can sing a long and dance. We always wanted mum to be safe and comfortable, with Daisy nook house that is exactly what you get.

From my first contact the staff as Daisy Nook have been amazing. My mum is settling in well, eating well and being encouraged to take part in all the activities. She is treated with respect and dignity and, should the need arise, the staff communicate with me immediately. Its a weight off my mind...
Whilst it was a hard decision to place a loved one in a care home - even though "its the right time" I cannot be happier with Daisy Nook. I'm so pleased they could offer her a place and their kindness and professionalism to all their residents shines through in everything they do.

Daisy Nook House is a lovely, caring and friendly place. Bright and clean. The staff are all brilliant and the care my mum receives is second to none. She needs help getting around, as can no longer walk independently, and has to have a special puréed diet. The staff deal with these matters with utmost care and attention. There are plenty of activities the residents are encouraged to join in, but not forced to. Personal preferences are taken into consideration. Mum is very happy in the home and this is a great relief to our family. Before moving to the home our visits to mum involved looking after her between carer calls and we were constantly worried how she would be when left on her own. Now visiting mum is a pleasure. We all have peace of mind knowing she is well looked after and someone is there 24/7 should she need help. The best decision we made and I would highly recommend thus home to anyone.
I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care our mum receives at the care home. The staff are truly kind and attentive, and it's clear how comfortable and well looked after she feels. She has made new friends, she has great banter with them and the staff.
