When mum started to be ill and reaching the end of her life, we could not thank the staff enough for their care and compassion that they gave to her at this time. The manager was absolutely brilliant and would like to meet him and thank him personally. I can't thank and praise the staff enough. They always have time to talk to me about my neighbour and put my mind at ease. So a big THANK YOU to you all and keep up the fantastic work you do.

Bearing in mind that I am only a visitor (once every 2 weeks) I can only say that all seems to be running well, that the residents are well looked after and that I am reasonably happy with the limited amount I have seen on my visits.

It was while working with dementia residents, especially, that I found my calling and knew that this was what I wanted to do.
From assistant cook to carer to senior, I worked as a theatre assistant in the hospital environment, also working my way up to home manager almost 8 years ago.
I have achieved all NVQs in health and social care, from Level 2 to Level 4, and a Diploma-level 5 in Leadership and Management.
I am a very interactive manager and love nothing better than to sit and chat with each of the residents that we care for at Norley Hall. My aim is that each and every one of them feels like part of our family.
I am cheerful and positive and lead by example to deliver the highest standard of care possible.
