Kirkby house is by far the best care home I ever visited, on arrival I was worried but staff were so welcoming and nothing we asked was to much trouble they go above and beyond for the residents living at the home they are all treated like family, the home is very clean and always has amazing activities on on nearly every visit to Kirkby house there has been a singer and all staff up dancing with residents regardless of there ability's they included everyone. Staff are so welcoming and cheerful and happy and always ready to help in anyway they can could not find a better care home anywere.

My grandmother has been in Kirkby house for 2 years and I can honestly say we couldn't pick a better home for her. The staff, the atmosphere and just everything about it is outstanding. I know my nan is in the best care and she is so happy there. The place is always immaculate and the staff are on hand with any needs of the residents. Residents are treated with dignity and respect every time I have ever visited the home. I would honestly recommend Kirkby house to everyone I ever meet. Our family will forever be grateful for what they do for my nan.

Tracey has gained over 30 years’ experience in providing care and support to older people, to enrich their lives.
She is a knowledgeable and committed leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards in care and quality of life for Residents.
Having worked for the company for a number of years, Tracey closely shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident.
She extends this caring approach to her colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to Residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
She also works hard to arrange events and activities with nearby schools and clubs and is always keen to include the local community in life at Kirkby House.
When asked what she enjoys most abouther role, Tracey remarked: “I just love spending time with our Residents and seeing them smile.”
Away from work, Tracey likes to spend her spare time reading and watching films.
