Anchor's Upton Grange is located in the Wirral and it is purpose-built with the care of its residents in mind. Each of the single 52 rooms benefits from en suite wet rooms and fitted furniture. There are also a number of facilities including a hair and beauty salon, tea room and quiet lounges and seating areas.

The home is operated by Anchor and it provides residential care which is personally tailored to meet the individual needs of customers and enhance their quality of life. The care team works with customers and their loved ones to create detailed care plans to ensure each individual’s health and care needs are continually met.

I love my Nan being here. The staff are so genuine, caring and friendly. My nan calls it home which makes the whole family happy. I enjoy visiting I'm always made welcome.

Staff are to be highly praised for their compassion and care. They are attentive and kind. Although the same cannot be said about the food in the way that sandwiches are usually the only option for an evening meal. The price we pay if staying in a hotel would be considered below standard. Please amend
the menu! Are chefs trained?

Mu nan has improved dramatically in the short time he has been at the gRange. She feels welcomed and supported by staff. It is amazing to see what impact a few changes have made to my nan's quality of life. She is so much brighter and appears to be a lot happier now which to me shows that she is being

Upton Grange is a caring, loving and supportive home. I couldn't have asked for more for my husband's recovery. All the staff are warm, friendly, supportive and bright and cheerful. Nothing is too much trouble. I cannot thank them enough, my husband improved rapidly in their care.

My mother is safe and happy knowing that all the staff have her best interest at heart. They treat her as they would their own mother which is very reassuring for us as a family. They go above and beyond which must be very stressful during such crazy times. We cannot thank them enough for all that they

My mum has been a resident at Upton Grange since April 2019, due to my health issues I was worried I could no longer provide her with the full-time care she now needed. The management team and staff were so supportive, caring and mum soon settled into her new home. Before lockdown, I used to visit regularly
at various times of the day and was always made to feel welcome. Now through telephone conversations, Skype (with the help of the staff mum is beginning to become more familiar with) and the new RelsApp I can still talk to and see mum whenever I want to. Despite her increasing dementia, mum has been given an improved quality of life which is all down to the professionalism and genuine care shown by all the wonderful staff at Upton Grange. Their commitment to ensure all their residents are happy and well looked after, especially during this very worrying time, shines through and gives myself and the rest of the family great peace of mind. Thank you, everybody.

Excellent staff, good communication and excellent care. The staff are tuned into mum's needs and personality. She is physically impaired but mentally sound and has developed a great relationship with the staff. They understand her wish for privacy but always pop their head in. The facilities are good
for mum's needs, although the room could do with more sockets and a better set up around the bed. Cleanliness is good, nothing is too much trouble.
