Mu nan has improved dramatically in the short time he has been at the gRange. She feels welcomed and supported by staff. It is amazing to see what impact a few changes have made to my nan's quality of life. She is so much brighter and appears to be a lot happier now which to me shows that she is being looked after well. The whole family is so grateful for everything the team does.

My family and I have been overwhelmed by the high level of care and kindness throughout my mums time here. All the staff at every level go above and beyond to ensure Mum's health safety and comfort whilst keeping relatives up to date and included. We thank you so much for that dedication, especially through these challenging times.

Upton Grange is a happy place, they have had challenging times due to covid, but they have been amazing with the handling of the whole situation. They have gone above and beyond to keep our relatives safe, and we as a family, are more than happy taking a back seat during these difficult months, as we know our loved ones are in safe hands. Thank you to all the hard-working staff for everything you do.

My mother is safe and happy knowing that all the staff have her best interest at heart. They treat her as they would their own mother which is very reassuring for us as a family. They go above and beyond which must be very stressful during such crazy times. We cannot thank them enough for all that they do. The relsApp has been a great addition to help us send little messages photos etc until we are allowed to revisit. Thank you once again.

My mum has been a resident at Upton Grange since April 2019, due to my health issues I was worried I could no longer provide her with the full-time care she now needed. The management team and staff were so supportive, caring and mum soon settled into her new home. Before lockdown, I used to visit regularly at various times of the day and was always made to feel welcome. Now through telephone conversations, Skype (with the help of the staff mum is beginning to become more familiar with) and the new RelsApp I can still talk to and see mum whenever I want to. Despite her increasing dementia, mum has been given an improved quality of life which is all down to the professionalism and genuine care shown by all the wonderful staff at Upton Grange. Their commitment to ensure all their residents are happy and well looked after, especially during this very worrying time, shines through and gives myself and the rest of the family great peace of mind. Thank you, everybody.

Excellent staff, good communication and excellent care. The staff are tuned into mum's needs and personality. She is physically impaired but mentally sound and has developed a great relationship with the staff. They understand her wish for privacy but always pop their head in. The facilities are good for mum's needs, although the room could do with more sockets and a better set up around the bed. Cleanliness is good, nothing is too much trouble.

Upton Grange provided my Mother with the ideal stepping stone back to home after two hospital admissions. Located to enable friends to visit at any time. The staff were always pleasant and welcoming. The calm, tranquil surroundings of the home gave Mum the rest she required for her recuperation.

My mother has been a resident for 16 months during which time she has received excellent care, any problems which have arisen have been dealt with immediately. She relies completely on the staff to look after her and they do so with respect and understanding. Since the new manager has been appointed there have been huge improvements within the home, they have a lovely room where you can enjoy afternoon tea, they have plenty of social activities that friends, relatives and residents are encouraged to participate in. Now they have the dining room downstairs the residents can mix more socially with each other.
