Thanks for your review, we're sorry to hear of your experience. Over weekends, the main door to the home isn't freely open, we have installed a doorbell which alerts team members once pressed so they can attend the door as quickly as possible, we are sorry for the delay you faced on that day. We have been donated a small number of wheelchairs for use within the home, these are available on a first-come, first-served basis, we are unable to provide all residents with their own wheelchairs however this is something the family are able to provide should you wish to do so. Sadly, our garden was an issue we were aware of, I would like to reassure you since your review, progress has been made of which we do hope you notice on your next visit to the home. I have been in the care sector since 2008 and have predominantly worked with the elderly. I am proud and privileged to have had the opportunity to care for the older generation, and I hope to continue to do so for many years to come.
Hi, I'm Themby and I'm the Deputy Manager here at Iddenshall Hall & Beeston View. I joined the team in 2021 as a Nurse, and then was promoted to Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead in October 2023.
I have been qualified as an Adult Nurse since 2012 and have worked as a Nurse Manager in various departments since then. I find my role very rewarding - I love that I get job satisfaction and can feed my passion for Nursing and Care at the same time, it's wonderful being part of this team!

My name is Julie, and I have worked at Iddenshall Hall & Beeston View since 2003. During my time in this role, I have gained my NVQ in Business Administration Level 2 and 3. I have 12 years of previous experience as a care assistant and gaining an NVQ Level 2, 3 and A1 Assessors award in care.
I support and advise families who are facing the task of trying to find a suitable care home for their loved ones. I work closely with the General Manager to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the administrative team and financial systems within the home.
Hi, I'm Tracy and I'm the Admin Assistant here at Iddenshall Hall & Beeston View. I joined the Admin team in June 2024. As the Admin Assistant, I am based on our reception where I meet and greet visitors, and pick up any queries or questions you may have about our home.
Before joining the Admin team, I was the home's Hairdresser for 2 years. I had previously had my own salon for 23 years, then I decided I wanted a change, and wanted to go back to the operations and administration side of things. I look forward to greeting you on your visit to us!

Our aim is to always deliver a wide range of fun and stimulating activities which are appealing, can be enjoyed and are inclusive to all of our residents.
