Prior Bank staff have been wonderful in keeping us informed about how our father is during the recent lockdown. Nothing is too much trouble and they are so kind and lovely when we call. They treat every resident as an individual with care and dignity.

All the staff at Prior Bank were extremely kind to my mother and to myself throughout the three months she lived there. This was especially apparent when my mum was at the end of her life. I felt, and I believed she did too, that we had an extended family who helped me to care for her. She died...
All the staff at Prior Bank were extremely kind to my mother and to myself throughout the three months she lived there. This was especially apparent when my mum was at the end of her life. I felt, and I believed she did too, that we had an extended family who helped me to care for her. She died very peacefully, holding my hand on October 23rd 2021.

The care home always takes the time to talk to me about how mum is feeling even though they are really busy especially because of the COVID-19. They make me confident that mum is loved and respected and that they do everything they can to keep her safe, well, and happy.
