The staff are always helpful, courteous and compassionate. This fills me with confidence as I am unable to visit my mother often as I do not live in England. When I am able to visit the care home my mum is treated well, is attended to well and is happy.

My mother in law moved into Barchester's Spen Court Care Home about 3 weeks ago. In that time we've seen a real improvement in her. She's been diagnosed with dementia but has had to move into care permanently now. All the staff have been so kind and helpful and the level of care is amazing. Thanks to the care staff she's settled in very quickly and it's been a weight off our mind to know she's in such a great place. The facilities and staff are all brilliant.

Every time I've visited I feel welcome. Everybody is very helpful. Clean, tidy, and friendly. Menus look appetising. The resident seems as happy as he could be under the circumstances.
