Wharfedale House Reviews (3)
Over all time Wharfedale House has 3 reviews.
There are still issues with getting repairs done, but this isn't the home's fault. It's due to the unfathomable management system within the Leonard Cheshire organisation.
Well done to the manager and deputy.
Mum was looked after by a team of highly professional care staff who were totally committed to providing a very high standard of care under the supervision of both an excellent manager and assistant manager.
When Mum passed away, Wharfedale House even coordinated and supervised her "end of life" care in conjunction with the doctors and district nurses.
The overall care provided by Wharfedale House was a credit to all the staff and I can never thank them enough for all their help.
Thank you so much for the review. We are so glad your mum had a great time at Wharfedale House. The staff have been working hard to ensure all residents (permanent or temporary) get the support they need.
I have found everyone very helpful, as I am none weight bearing. The food is very good everywhere is very clean. I have a nice room and there is a nice lounge.
Dear Brenda,
Thank you very much for the kind words about Wharfedale House and for taking the time to let us know your thoughts. Our dedicated and professional staff team work very hard to achieve the level of care you have so graciously applauded and we have forwarded your compliments to them.
Kindest regards.
