My mother has been in Kesteven Grange Care Home for the last 3 years. It is kept in very good condition, they are always cleaning, the room is spacious. Mam is always clean, she gets her hair done every week by the hairdresser. The food is all home-cooked with snacks in between. The staff are all kind and caring. Always got an artist singing, plenty of activities, you can talk to the staff about anything. Mam is always happy, the family are all pleased.

I had the best day of my life on my birthday. The staff arranged entertainment and food, and my family came to dance. All of the other residents joined in, and we had a really good time.

The Kesteven Grange team provided incredible care and support to my father during the last few weeks of his life and to us, his daughters and his wife, after he returned to Kesteven from hospital on palliative care. This was an awful time for us as a family and we felt very fortunate in the compassion, kindness and support from everyone we met.

Dad's safety, security and comfort was assured throughout and he was treated with dignity and respect by all.

The care so far given to my mum has been exemplary. I feel she is well looked after and her medical and social needs are well met. The staff have been very receptive to our requests and answered all our questions, and we always come away feeling confident about my mother's care.

My mum moved into Kesteven Grange in March. When she moved in she was anxious, not eating properly, had lost weight and interest in life. She is so happy now. She has made new friends and the staff are all lovely. Really happy with the care she is receiving.

My mother went into Kesteven Care home in August 2023 with dementia. I went to see a few homes first then someone told me about Kesteven. I am so glad I was told about it, it's an excellent care home, everything about it is 100% clean, happy and mum is settled. Thank you.

An excellent home with caring and attentive hard working staff.
Emergency response is very good and skills of carers was evident.
Friendly atmosphere and pleasant environment.
Some rooms are a little too small but plenty of room elsewhere with wide corridors and large dining room and lounge.
Entertainment is sufficient and could be more frequent eg. Bingo, singers, day trips in minibus, etc.
Parking is adequate but a designated drop-off bay for disabled would be ideal and is planned to be addressed.

Overall, great.

I have been visiting my wife for 4 1/2 years and have found she has been very well cared for all this time. The day staff are all very friendly, but I have more communications with the night staff whom I ring every night. I have been treated with nothing but kindness over the years. Lovely carng people. I have nothing but good to say about the place.

I visited my sister-in-law in this care home recently and was pleasantly surprised at this modern-looking building.
Internally it was light, clean, and very nicely decorated.
Her room was pleasant and comfortable, lounge was also relaxing and comfortable.

I have been many times since my first visit. The staff have always been pleasant and helpful. A pleasure to visit.

I would like to say a great big 'thank you' to all the staff involved in giving my Dad a lovely 90th birthday on 1st November. Staff had arranged a party, decorations, cake and entertainment which all the residents enjoyed and members of the family were also invited. We all loved seeing Dad happy and enjoying being the centre of attention. Thank you so much!

Care sometimes is lacking when we have come to visit and she has been wet through, and sometimes when she has walked into a room where there is a resident, the carers walk in and say to her with a pad in their hands can we take to you the toilet. She gets annoyed maybe a bit more dignity. Otherwise overall not bad.
