In my experience, all staff are very helpful, obliging and willing to spend time listening to any problems and talk them through with the resident either individually or as a full group, at any time of the day or night.

My mother fell and broke her hip in June this year and ultimately it was decided that she needed 24-hour care. Kesteven Grange has been a wonderful choice for her. I have never met a more caring group of individuals as the staff here. All areas are clean and beautifully decorated.

A fantastic time with our mum today at Kesteven Summer Fair. The event really captured the spirit of this care home community - live music; birds of prey; caravan cafe and beach area; bouncy castle for the kids; lambs; car boot area; traditional fair games and more. All provided by the staff so families can enjoy a happy time celebrating summer with their loved ones in a safe environment. Anyone who didn’t go missed a great time. This care home has been a Godsend for myself and my family, we could no longer look after my dad due to his condition and the staff are amazing treating him with respect, laughing and joking and caring for him. This place and staff are amazing.

When Dad came out of hospital recently, I was very concerned about his condition, but the staff were very reassuring and the night staff popped in every 15 minutes to make sure he was safe and ok.
