Excellent as ever. Carers really care and we as a family are very happy with the level of care mum receives. Also, we really appreciate the levels the whole team go to to make mum's stay as safe and stimulating as possible.

My husband is unable to complete this review due to Alzheimer's. I feel very happy with the care he received. The atmosphere is pleasant and all the staff that care for my husband show empathy at all times. The food is excellent and my husband enjoys all of his meals. I enjoy the meals when I visit, and the staff offer me a meal too.

From the day my mum went to live at Kesteven Grange, she has been treated with care and dignity by very helpful and caring staff. The staff have the patients of a saint, and the care home is what it is due to excellent staff. I can approach any one of the staff if I need to know anything and I know my mum is in safe and caring hands.

We think, as a family, our dad is getting the best possible care. We can see how happy he is and well cared for and he is in the best care home we looked around and found this was the best care home for him. The staff are fantastic and always look out for my mum, who visits our dad every day and also has Alzheimer's.

All the carers are amazing, so happy we chose Kesteven Grange Care Home. Keep up the amazing work.

I cannot fault Kesteven at all. They have always cared for my mum as one of their own. It's reassuring knowing Mum is safe, secure and has the best care possible. Nothing is too much trouble. They're always asking if everything is ok.

Sadly my husband had to come into care due to a stroke, he also has Alzheimer's. When this happened, we both received lots of support from managers and all staff within the home, which was greatly appreciated at the time, I find all staff have empathy and really care for all of the residents who live here, often giving reassurance at all times. I'm happy that my husband has first-class care here at all times.

My mum moved to Kestevan Grange a few weeks ago. What a breath of fresh air the care home is. She is kept clean and well dressed. Her room is immaculate and so is the rest of the care home. When I take her out, the staff have her ready and waiting on time. The staff are very professional and really friendly and caring (towards both the residents and their families etc). My mum has dementia and I was quite anxious about leaving her, but they put me at ease. She’s settled in really well.

I would definitely recommend Kestevan Grange to anyone who asks.

Mum went to Kensteven for respite after a spell in hospital. The improvement in her well-being has been amazing. The staff are amazing and excellent with her, they also help me.

Mum is now a permanent resident. Kesteven Grange is a warm and welcoming place to stay and visit. After many years of Mum being on her own, I am so happy to know she is safe and in caring hands. I do not worry at all about leaving her there after my visits. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kesteven.

I have found the care given to my father since he moved into Kersteven Grange, five weeks ago, to be excellent.

He is in the Dementia care area, of the home. There are always plenty of staff working with the residents and the atmosphere in the Dementia area is usually calm and friendly. His room is always clean, and the furniture is in good condition. I have never seen him be anything but clean, tidy and well-groomed.

The whole home is secure. The dementia area is on the second floor served by a lift with a key code activation by staff, so the most vulnerable are kept extra safe.

Dad tells me the food is very good, and he is always keen to get to the dining room. There are drinks and biscuits are served to residents between meals.

I am always kept up to date with his care and any incidents.

I felt very guilty putting Dad into a home, but I feel so glad that the home I chose was Kersteven Grange. I know he is getting first class care

We cannot praise enough the care received by my mother-in-law in, what turned out to be, the last month of her life. From the very beginning, the staff were so helpful and welcoming in what was a time of crisis for the family. Every aspect of her care was excellent and every single member of staff we came into contact with were kind and genuinely caring. They all went above and beyond to be helpful, particularly when my mother-in-law's health unexpectedly deteriorated. The staff could not do enough for her or the family and it comforts us to know that in her last days she was treated with dignity, respect and great professional care. I would not hesitate to recommend this care home.

Mum has been in Kesteven for about a month and I just wanted to say how kind and caring the whole team are.
They are so, so busy and even more so in the current climate but still continue to show compassion and kindness.

Thank you to you all.
