Carisbrooke Manor

I have found this care home excellent. The staff are all lovely and helpful, my dad is very settled here, enjoys the food and chats with the carers. The home is always clean when we visit and I would recommend it to any friends or family in the same situation.

Always a lovely warm reception. All staff are so friendly and chatty. Carrisbrooke Manor has a relaxing atmosphere.

I find this care home to be very good, it is clean, has excellent staff and nothing is too much trouble for them. They usually have a bit of banter with my father-in-law, which makes him laugh and seem a lot happier now than he was in his own home. The food is very good and he enjoys it. I cannot recommend this care home highly enough.

Staff are friendly towards my uncle and me when we are visiting. My uncle looks clean and happy.

All staff and management have been very supportive with my service user I have been working with. The service user could no longer live in her home due to it being inhabitable. They needed to move to a place of safety and staff and the manager welcomed my service user and made her feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Carisbrooke Manor Care Home to friends, family and colleagues.

I found Mum to be very happy in this care home.

Mum felt very happy and contented at Carisbrooke Manor Care Home. Nothing was too much trouble for the carers. We could call when we wanted and the phone would always be passed to Mum so we could chat. Mum also loved the food. The previous care home did not provide such tasty, fresh food. Unfortunately, Covid restrictions were a burden at times but every effort was made by Carisbrooke to cause as little disruption as possible. I was very happy with how Carisbrooke cared for Mum.

My mother has been extremely well cared for. I could not hope or expect better anywhere or from anyone else. The staff are always very professional, efficient, courteous, caring and friendly. I cannot recommend this care home any higher.

Carisbrooke Manor has been the perfect home for Mum and Dad. The staff are extremely professional and very caring. The accommodation, although not perfect, is more than adequate - only minor decoration required. We as a family would highly recommend this care home.

Carisbrooke Manor is the perfect place for my mum and dad to be. They have excellent care and all their needs are met. The staff are all very friendly. The food is delicious. They are very happy here.

Since my mother arrived at the home in January I have nothing but praise for the way she has been looked after by the staff, nothing is too much trouble. This has helped her settle in very quickly and has been a great help to me. Visiting at any time of the day is a great help and the atmosphere in the home is always the same. If I ever need help or questions to ask, the manager is always available and helpful and her manner is friendly and reassuring.

All the staff go above and beyond in caring for my Mum. The food is excellent, Mum's room is lovely. There are lots of activities to keep her happy. The staff are open and friendly and we are welcome at any time.

My mum has been here since May of this year and is very happy and hopes she can stay full time.

Sometimes I find mum on a downer. I.e. Depressed. She would like some things to do, instead of sitting in chair all day. But overall I find mum is well cared for and safe. I might book a room for myself lol.

For myself - knowing mom was in such safe, caring hands meant peace of mind and could be at work knowing she was OK.

This is the fourth home my aunty has been a resident and after four weeks has decided to leave her home and became a resident of Carisbrooke Manor.

Mum came into the residential home after falling at home in April 2018. We found the carers and management very welcoming. Mum has settled in well as a family we are so pleased we were able to find the right home for our mum. They help mum with her needs and nothing is too much. We can't praise the care home enough.
