Rooms are cleaned daily and are warm and inviting.

Activities are well organised with trips out and activities to encourage participation and friendship.

As my mother deteriorated we received so much support from all staff and management. When Mum passed away, she was treated with dignity and all the family were fully supported.

I have spent the last six weeks as a resident at Carisbrooke Manor. During that time I have been treated with care, respect and friendliness. Every effort has been made to make sure that I am as happy and comfortable as possible. The food has a varied menu and a selection of dishes that are delicious and also nicely presented. Clothes are well and carefully laundered. There is shopping available for any of my needs, pastimes for all tastes, a weekly visit from the hairdresser and welcome to visitors. I am content with every aspect.

My brothers and I would like to thank all the staff at Carisbrooke Manor.

My mother came for respite and has decided to stay here. Her room is always clean and the home, in general, has a very pleasant atmosphere. The carers are always smiling and ready to help with queries. They are very good with my mother and show her respect.

My brother has only been in care for a short while but from the outset, we had no doubt that this would be the best place for him. From the management down to all the carers, we have found them to be excellent. What could have been a traumatic experience, was made easy and gave us peace of mind thanks to all the staff at Carisbrooke Manor.

Every effort has been made to keep my mother's stay comfortable, and everyone has been very helpful. Clean rooms, good food.

All the staff were very kind, helpful and respectful. My mum and dad had a joint room which had been freshly decorated specifically for them. Menus and dietary needs were taken into consideration. The home was very clean, welcoming and didn't smell. The food was freshly cooked.

All the carers in the home are very welcoming when I come to see mum. Always gives me all the information I need when asked. I am very happy that they have given mum encouragement to start eating again and drinking.

Great staff, always willing to help and flag up any problems. As a family, we know our mother is well cared for and happy in the home.

As a family, we have found Carisbrooke Manor to be an excellent care home for my father. The staff are all excellent at their jobs and take pride in what they do for each resident. I have experienced this myself on many occasions. Dad's health has improved so much and that itself is a huge relief to us. The social side is also a huge part of resident's wellbeing and we are always invited to join in. The home is run extremely well and we have always found any time we need to know anything that we are always well informed. I personally cannot recommend Carisbrooke enough to anyone who is looking for any care.

It means so much to me knowing that my wife is being looked after.

My Mother has now stayed in Carisbrooke Manor twice on a respite basis and this would be our first choice if and when a permanent stay became an option. The staff are always friendly, helpful and caring towards both residents and visitors. We love the relaxed attitude which puts everyone at ease. The facilities are always spotless and security is excellent.

All staff very helpful, clean and tidy in all areas of the home. Food is of an excellent standard at all times. Security is very good, staff friendly towards visitors and didn't matter what time of the day you went.

My experience visiting Carisbrooke Manor is enjoyable. The staff are lovely and friendly and very caring and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Very friendly care staff who are most obliging to my father's needs. Haven't seen much in the way of activities throughout the day or many outings although I have been assured they do take place. Christmas party brilliant! So much hard work went into organising it as well as looking after the residents. Laundry lady very good as must be a very difficult job sorting residents clothes. Father nearly always looks clean and tidy. Only once seen him in stained clothes. Generally very pleased with the care given at Carisbrooke Manor.

Absolutely loved it, no complaints the staff were excellent. Food was gorgeous.
