Overall Experience

My mum's stay was a farce from beginning to end. Firstly I had to phone twice and there were no records of her bookings. We had to take our own aids including bedside frames. There was an outbreak of D and V to which mum was confined to her room and we were only given a minimal reduction. Food was appalling.

Reply from Michael Jimmison, Deputy Operations Manager at Grimston Court

Dear Carole

Firstly I would like to take the time to thank you for your feedback regarding your mum’s stay at Grimston Court. I am very upset and disappointed that your mum has experienced some issues during her stay and would like on behalf of Wellburn Care to apologise for this....
