My mother moved here from another care home. She has improved so much in the short time she has been here, thanks to the lovely, caring and thoughtful staff. She clearly enjoys the activities and company of the staff and other residents.

My nana moved to Sheraton Court from another care home, and she is much happier here. She tells me all the things she has been doing, such as baking, painting and dancing. The carers speak to Nana in such a friendly and caring way and encourage her to get involved with the activities, and this has helped
her so much.

Such a lovely place. Rooms, communal areas excellent. Nan seems so happy and settled, was a pleasure to see. The staff, administration staff and manager are all very professional and caring to the residents and their families. Lots of activities for residents to take part in. Nothing too much trouble
for the staff; they are all so willing to help in any way possible.

Very lovely place, very homely. Staff are so caring and seem to go above and beyond what is expected. They speak to my mam in such a friendly and respectful way. I can't fault the lovely staff or the care Mam is receiving. Mam's room is cosy and warm. The home is clean and bright. Such a lovely place!

I'm very pleased with my choice of this home - Sheraton Court - for my aunt. The staff go above and beyond with care and kindness. The manager is very friendly and helpful. The jewel in the crown is the visits coordinator; she's a gem, as is the manager who sees to visits.

Just been to see my grandmother at Sheraton Court to celebrate her 108th Birthday. Notwithstanding the Covid-19 restrictions that are necessary, it was lovely to see her and to witness the excellent effort from all at the home to make her day so special.
This is such a wonderful, special care home
with a lovely, friendly atmosphere that's generated by the first-class staff. The whole place is light, modern and airy, such a contrast to many homes I've had occasion to visit elsewhere.
My gran moved out of her bungalow and into Sheraton Court when she was 105 and is totally at home. She's well looked after, loves the staff, and the staff love her. That's obvious from every contact we have.

I would just like to say what a wonderful place Sheraton Court is. It is very clean, and the atmosphere is great. The staff are always amazing, but during these difficult times, they went above and beyond keeping us updated about everything that was happening with Mam. We are so thankful that our Mam
is looked after so well, with dignity, love and humour, that makes Sheraton Court the very special place it is. I was able to visit Mam in her room today for the first time in forever. Thank you all so much for everything you do!

Sheraton Court - absolutely brilliant in all aspects. We are so fortunate to have our mum spend the rest of her days in such a wonderful, caring environment. Our peace of mind speaks volumes. Mum's individual needs/requests are met without hesitation. We are kept informed of any incidents/problems,
of which there have been few. Covid restrictions have been "cruel" but obviously necessary for all concerned. The lack of open visits has been difficult but handled well. Phone calls to Mum have generally been, "I'm busy so can't talk long" speaks volumes. Obviously socialising well. The continued care/kindness/empathy given to Mum and shown to us as a family is second to none.

I find it unacceptable that we are still expected to visit Mum, a very frail old lady, in what effectively is a shed at the back of the home, in the middle of winter, and she is wheeled out in freezing temperatures. There is more risk of pneumonia than Covid if everyone is jabbed and had their booster.
I am allowed to visit my own mum, in her own room, at any time without an appointment. We are tested on the way in.

At Sheraton Court, we always endeavour to meet the individual need of each resident dependant on their personalised care plan. Resident’s visits can take place in either the luxury heated visiting suit or in the resident’s own bedrooms. All visits need to be booked via our internal booking system. Visits are dependent on the Covid status of the home and resident’s individual circumstances. The home manager would be more than happy to discuss your visiting requirements in more detail. As a dedicated Health Care Professional, Hollie has gained many years’ experience in providing care and support for older people to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest possible standards in care and quality of life for Residents.


Hollie shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She uses her experience to motivate her team to deliver care and support in a way that Residents gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.


When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Hollie remarked:


“My favourite thing about being a Home Manager is supporting our Residents to lead meaningful and fulfilled lives.”


Outside of work, Hollie enjoys spending time with her partner and children.
