Sheraton Court is as good as a 5-star hotel. It is so clean and homely. The residents are shown kindness and respect at all times.

The care and love my mam received at Sheraton Court was amazing. The staff are so kind. Having stayed with Mam until she passed away, I was able to see first-hand how good, caring and kind every one of them is to all the residents. I was never in any doubt about how much my mam was loved, respected and cared for. The kindness shown to us, her family, was exceptional at all times. Due to Covid, the time we have had with Mam has been limited. In that time, my mam has been loved, with the staff becoming her substitute family. When Mam could no longer speak, the staff would come in and talk to her. The smile on Mam's face told me everything I needed to know. To every one of you, thank you.

A smart, presentable and professional feel in Sheraton Court. The rooms are pristine, and the staff are approachable and friendly. Importantly, the atmosphere here is pleasing and reassuring.

Sheraton Court is home from home. Beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. My nana looks so happy and said she feels safe and loves the staff and her toast in the morning. Food is very good, Nana said. There is always a warm, welcoming atmosphere. My nana enjoys her dancing, music, bingo and her room. A big thank you to all staff.

Sheraton Court and all its staff are amazing. Cannot thank them enough for providing a safe, extremely pleasant and loving environment for my wife. The rooms are perfect, all needs are taken care of. Thank you all so much.

My mother moved here from another care home. She has improved so much in the short time she has been here, thanks to the lovely, caring and thoughtful staff. She clearly enjoys the activities and company of the staff and other residents.

My nana moved to Sheraton Court from another care home, and she is much happier here. She tells me all the things she has been doing, such as baking, painting and dancing. The carers speak to Nana in such a friendly and caring way and encourage her to get involved with the activities, and this has helped her so much.

Such a lovely place.

Such a lovely place. Rooms, communal areas excellent. Nan seems so happy and settled, was a pleasure to see. The staff, administration staff and manager are all very professional and caring to the residents and their families. Lots of activities for residents to take part in. Nothing too much trouble for the staff; they are all so willing to help in any way possible.

Very lovely place, very homely. Staff are so caring and seem to go above and beyond what is expected. They speak to my mam in such a friendly and respectful way. I can't fault the lovely staff or the care Mam is receiving. Mam's room is cosy and warm. The home is clean and bright. Such a lovely place!

I'm very pleased with my choice of this home - Sheraton Court - for my aunt. The staff go above and beyond with care and kindness. The manager is very friendly and helpful. The jewel in the crown is the visits coordinator; she's a gem, as is the manager who sees to visits.

I really like it here, wouldn't move from here, and have a lovely flat, but I like it a lot here.
