My gran moved out of her bungalow and into Sheraton Court when she was 105 and is totally at home. She's well looked after, loves the staff, and the staff love her. That's obvious from every contact we have.

The staff are always amazing, but during these difficult times, they went above and beyond keeping us updated about everything that was happening with Mam. We are so thankful that our Mam is looked after so well, with dignity, love and humour, that makes Sheraton Court the very special place it is. I was able to visit Mam in her room today for the first time in forever. Thank you all so much for everything you do!

Sheraton Court - absolutely brilliant in all aspects. We are so fortunate to have our mum spend the rest of her days in such a wonderful, caring environment. Our peace of mind speaks volumes. Mum's individual needs/requests are met without hesitation. We are kept informed of any incidents/problems, of which there have been few. Covid restrictions have been "cruel" but obviously necessary for all concerned. The lack of open visits has been difficult but handled well. Phone calls to Mum have generally been, "I'm busy so can't talk long" speaks volumes. Obviously socialising well. The continued care/kindness/empathy given to Mum and shown to us as a family is second to none.

There is more risk of pneumonia than Covid if everyone is jabbed and had their booster. I am allowed to visit my own mum, in her own room, at any time without an appointment. We are tested on the way in.

Visits are dependent on the Covid status of the home and resident’s individual circumstances. The home manager would be more than happy to discuss your visiting requirements in more detail. Would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this care home. Staff at whatever level are extremely professional and very helpful. It is obvious how the care for the residents, under at times, extreme difficulties. I have complete trust in staff dealing with Mums health and her well-being.

As a dedicated Health Care Professional, Hollie has gained many years’ experience in providing care and support for older people to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest possible standards in care and quality of life for Residents.
Hollie shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She uses her experience to motivate her team to deliver care and support in a way that Residents gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Hollie remarked:
“My favourite thing about being a Home Manager is supporting our Residents to lead meaningful and fulfilled lives.”
