Most of the staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful.

Croft Avenue Care Home staff are dedicated, caring and went beyond the call of duty to care for my father in his last few weeks of life. Lovely home and brilliant staff.

Croft Avenue continues to be an excellent home for my mother, she enjoys the care and friendliness of staff and other residents there.

She is very well cared for and looked after. She also enjoys banter and fun with staff.

I no longer worry about mum's health and well-being so we have both found somewhere to take away the worry of coping with this stage of life.

The staff seem to go the extra mile to keep mum content. When she is poorly, they support me too, helping me though worrying times. There is a healthy, kind feel about Croft Avenue.

Discussed options for helping Mum to eat food and keep it down. Discussed options to suggest medications to GP. Staff were extremely helpful and supportive.

I find it a lovely environment and my mother has settled into it very well. She seems to be very content. Staff are very helpful and communicate very well.

Like living here but would prefer to live in my own home. Has given me the opportunity to recover. Like the other residents here and the staff and that there is plenty to do.

I found the home to be very homely and the staff took great care of the residents and always were very helpful. I was also made welcome whatever time I visited.

I love the entrance hallway. The new welcome signs are lovely. The atmosphere is much better. I have been visiting friends here for the last 10 years.

The staff are all very caring and treat everyone with dignity. They all go above and beyond and are easy to talk to and ask questions.

My Nana lives here and she is very settled. So that is good enough for me.
