Staff are extremely welcoming and genuinely care for residents who are treated with respect. The home has a friendly feel and visitors are welcomed at any time.
Management are approachable and caring and it feels like a home from home.

I no longer worry about mum's health and well-being so we have both found somewhere to take away the worry of coping with this stage of life.

Mum has lived here 3 years now and I have always been very happy that she is very much at home here.

The staff seem to go the extra mile to keep mum content. When she is poorly, they support me too, helping me though worrying times. There is a healthy, kind feel about Croft Avenue.

Like living here but would prefer to live in my own home. Has given me the opportunity to recover. Like the other residents here and the staff and that there is plenty to do.
