Our mum lived at Morel Court for 2 years until she died at the beginning of August. My sister and I were extremely happy with the kindness, care provided by all the staff, including kitchen, cleaners, laundry, gardeners but especially the care staff and managers, who showed great compassion and responded extremely well to mum's personal care needs. Mum's health and dementia deteriorated over her last couple of weeks and staff were exceptionally compassionate to her and our needs. We can't thank them enough for being with her when she died.

We visit Morel Court regularly and the staff are always helpful and incredibly pleasant. The home itself is beautifully clean, and there is a great relaxed atmosphere, both for the residents and visitors. The staff work very hard to make the residents at home, and there seems to be plenty of activities and entertainment to hand.

I have been at Morel Court for a while now and I am really happy here. The carers are lovely, very kind and caring. The activities are really good, we are always doing something. Never a dull moment. I enjoy the food here especially my porridge every morning. My daughters have meals with me here sometimes and they always enjoy it too.

There is a friendly and relaxed environment in Morel Court. This can only be achieved by efficient staff and well-manged routines. Someone is always on hand to deal with any queries I have. A special mention must go to the entertainment organiser. My aunt really looks forward to her afternoon events.

The staff at Morel Court organised a swimming session for my mum and also a trip to Barry Island for the day, both of which were truly wonderful. The staff are all so caring and thoughtful and they have made me realise that having new experiences and happy memories and bringing joy does not have to end when you are 92 years old and living in a care home. Thank you so very much to you all.

My mother has been a resident at Morel Court for several months. They have a very high standard of care and the first thing you notice if you spend any time there is the family atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful, the management team are excellent, and it's great to see such a varied programme of activities to stimulate and entertain the residents. The rooms are spotless. Very pleased we chose this home for my mother.

After over twelve years of care I can only say we are so glad we chose this home. Individual needs are met and a community spirit among the residents encouraged supplementing the lessening of previous social contacts. There were no offensive or hard words used. Residents had the option to express their opinion on the menu or extra activities and their dignity respected. The underlying Christian influence was much appreciated.
