Excellent service and care. Nice rooms, very kind and helpful staff. Good food. All round fantastic service.
Residents had a choice of lounge to use but tended to use the main lounge. Staff are seen making rounds and easy to find when required.
Residents seemed happy and went on trips and enjoyed entertainment. My mother-in-law was well looked after.
She enjoys her food and looks forward to the trips she has.
Thanks to all the staff for their care and helpfulness to her and thank you for all you do.
Lovely staff. Took excellent care of my dad right up to the end.
My mother is well looked after, staff are very supportive and kind.
The friendliness of all the staff speaks volumes of how this home is run.
All our family would like to thank the staff for supporting our father and us through this tough time.
Amazing.
My father is happy, relaxed and well cared for. The staff and management are efficient and supportive, any problems are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
She was very well looked after and any medical issues were promptly dealt with.
At the end of her life, she was treated with love and dignity and staff could not have been kinder to us as a family.
Thank you very much for taking care of my nan while she was in your care. All the members of staff here were so lovely to her and always made her feel at home. Me and my family are very grateful to all these lovely ladies. Thank you again. My nan may not be here in person but I still feel like she's here in her room or in her flat.
Just want to express how pleased I am with the care my mother is getting in this home. It is well run and the manager is very approachable. If any slight problems occur, the staff are absolutely brilliant and I regard them as friends. We are always offered tea or coffee when it is being served. I spend a lot of time here and see how hard they work. Also, what I thought was a really nice gesture is that all the residents are made a birthday cake by a member of kitchen staff (and it was really nice too). I have been visiting this home for about 17 years as my mother's two sisters were here, but sadly are no longer with us. My mother chose to come here after suffering a stroke but always says there's no place like home, but this is as close as you can get. Thank you all for your care and patience you give to my mother.
The care home is one of the friendliest homes I have ever been in. The staff are helpful at all times, even when you can see they are extremely busy. They are fantastic with my father. He is very shy and as he is getting older he needs more help. They take the time to make him comfortable and treat him with dignity and respect.
My sister in law has been staying at Cwrt-Clwydi-Gwyn Care Home for some time now, she has always been happy there as long as I can remember. She is always well fed and is expanding around her middle (she likes her food), I am nearly always having to buy larger clothes for her. She likes all the staff and the management are great with her and I am very pleased with her treatment there. I have never had cause to complain at any time. This place is well run and the staff are very professional at all times. Cwrt-Clwydi-Gwyn Care Home is a great place to be in especially those who need good care. This is the place to be.
Staff and accommodation extremely good. Patients are very well looked after and visitors made extremely welcome.
Very happy with everything. Mum has settled in very well. Can't fault anything.
I feel at home here, I have got to know all the residents and staff really well. I really enjoy the activities here. I feel I can go to the staff If I have any problems. Nothing is ever too much for any of the staff. I am really happy here.
My mother-in-law has become a resident at Cwrt Clwydi Gwynne and I could not be more pleased with the first class service. Having been a hospital sister for 30 years I have had experience of nursing and residential houses and have to say this is top of my list it really is first class.
The staff are warm and caring. They always talk directly to the residents. They organise activities for the residents. We listened and joined in a choir performance which was fun and heart warming. I saw the manager once with a lady who needs a walker to get around. Her sensitivity to the residents is exceptional. My mother is very happy at the home. She responds to all the staff. They took great trouble today to so she could get her hair set as they know it is very important. The hairdresser is also warm and helpful. They all show they care and act with love.
My sister in law has been in residence at Cwrt-Clwydi-Gwyn Care Home for the last four years and she is always very happy with the care home she is well looked after and cared for by the staff and manager at Cwrt-Clwydi-Gwyn. I am the residents brother-in-law and I'm very pleased and happy with her care here.
I can honestly say that my father's experience at Cwrt-Clwydi has been incredibly positive! Staff are friendly, patient and understanding. Cannot do enough for my dad and also helpful towards me when I have had any concern's very professionally run!
