An excellent standard of care. Possibly the best in the area. The staff are a very caring and sensitive to patients needs. There are inevitably moments when things go awry, but problems are dealt with competently.

My sister and I always find the staff very efficient, helpful and caring. My father moved into the home last July and has settled in well, he feels more relaxed and safe. Whenever we visit, we are always made to feel welcome.

Marvellous staff and they are always smiling and happy - very polite and nothing is too much trouble for any of them. My mother is very happy to have settled in quite well. It gives me peace of mind to know that she is so well looked after and I have no worries about her.

Being a resident of Cwrt-Clwydi-Gwyn I am tended by a wonderful team of carers with others, who are caring and patient. I have a clean room and bed. I am bathed and fed, my wants and needs are provided when needed. My words of thanks are replied with 'that is OK no problem'. I am truly grateful. When I leave this home, I am sure it will be with dignity and care.
