Thank you for your review, we value all feedback as this helps us to improve our service as required. Having reviewed the rotas for the past weeks, there is no evidence to suggest we have been understaffed on the Memory Care Community at any time. Staffing levels are set according to resident dependencies and home occupancy, can be flexed accordingly and are reviewed regularly by senior management. On this particular community, there are two staff to ten residents. Our wellbeing coordinator is working across all three floors during this period of isolation and we have compiled some photos of your mother in law when she has taken part in activities and would be happy to post these out to you. The Home Manager undertakes twice daily walk rounds of the home and has noted no concerns regarding cleanliness. The home operates an open-door policy and would welcome a call with you to discuss any concerns you may have. Please be reassured the happiness and wellbeing of residents remains our utmost priority.
