Hastings Court

We are very pleased our friend has chosen Hastings Court which my wife and I recommended to her. We had a good experience of Hastings Court from 2015 to 2017 when my wife's sister stayed there. And that is why we recommended the care home to her.

The staff at Hastings Court clearly all are valued and they have a real can-do team spirit. The way everyone helped my mum when she arrived was phenomenal and so appreciated by our family, they made her feel very special and the day went so well with everyone making her feel very welcome and loved. Above and beyond is how I would describe the staff's care.

I am sure that my friend will be very happy in Hastings Court in the foreseeable future.

I'm thrilled to share my positive experience with Hastings Court Care Home. The level of love, kindness, and compassion they provide for my mother is truly exceptional. The staff's dedication is evident in every aspect of her care, creating a warm and supportive environment. The genuine concern for residents' well-being is reflected in the attentive and compassionate approach they consistently maintain. Hastings Court Care Home has undoubtedly become a haven for my mother, and I'm grateful for the outstanding care she receives.

My mother and father-in-law have just moved into Hastings Court and they have been very happy with how they have been handled. All the staff are caring for both of them. They have been taken out for the day, which never happened in their previous home. I can’t praise the team highly enough. The entertainment staff always get them together and include them in everything they can. Top marks from me.

Mum has been in 2 other care homes, Dad has been in 4. This is the best care home by far! I have been to many local care homes in a quest to find the best for my parents and I have now found it and am so happy with the care they are receiving. The staff are all so friendly, caring and helpful and all work together as a team. There are so many lovely activities for them to join in and they are the happiest I’ve seen them in a very long time. Well done Hastings Court, keep up the good work!

My mother was a resident of Hastings Court. Our family highly recommends the care home. It was a wonderful experience for Mum to be given first-class care until she passed away. The staff are genuinely caring, respected Mum and showered here with physical and emotional care. The nursing care was exemplary. The room was clean and well equipped and the entire home was first-class. We are grateful she ended her days in such a caring environment and thankful for the support we were given as her family.

I found all the staff at Hastings Court went above and beyond in the care of my sister and I can't praise them or the home enough.

My first visit to Hastings Court, though I'd heard good things about it, staff greeted my group with smiles and coffee/tea before our friend finished lunch. The whole place was so clean, spacious and with lots of helpful, friendly staff. The bedroom was very good. Our friend was rather 'down' as feeling rather frightened and uncomfortable but enjoyed having company and we could sing, pray and chat together. The caregivers were all lovely and she couldn't be anywhere better it seems.

Not cheap but excellent value for money particularly regarding the staff who are both caring and intelligent. They have a remarkable knowledge of the residents and their conditions.

Everyone was extremely kind and caring. The facilities are spotlessly clean, bright, and airy. We are so grateful to everyone for providing such a peaceful haven for our dear mum.

It is with great sadness that we could not enjoy many years witnessing her happiness at Hastings Court, but my sister and I know she would have been 100% content, had circumstances allowed.

My father recently stayed at Hastings Court. I am thrilled with the improvement in his health so far and soon I am sure he will be well enough to return home. His care has been excellent and I cannot thank the team enough. They are all wonderful.

We were concerned about Mum going into care, add to that the guilt factor that we were unable to care for her. Hastings Court staff have been amazing from the start. Staff visited Mum at home and asked all about her life, her likes and dislikes to enable them to cater to Mum’s needs. Mum has been at Hastings Court for 6 weeks now and is settling in, making friends, joining in the activities and generally enjoying life. Mum says ‘Everyone here is so lovely and nothing is too much trouble’. As a family we are so grateful to everyone at Hastings Court for all they are doing for Mum and want to say a massive thank you to you all, you are amazing.

My brother and I wanted to thank Hastings Court’s Staff for the care, dedication and compassion shown to our mother during her stay with you. She moved to Hastings Court from a home in Banstead to be nearer to my brother when he moved that way. My mother was therefore not long at Hastings Court, but was there until she passed in March of this year. My mother was on Sunflower Floor and it was particularly the staff on this floor that made our mother so comfortable especially towards the end. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for these wonderful staff. Also, the staff were so pleasant and polite to us when we visited our mother. The reception staff were also so friendly whenever we arrived at the home. They provided a very welcoming front for your home. We feel that our mother could not have been in better hands towards the end of her life and we feel she passed in peace and in no pain. Thank you to all connected with our mother's care.

If I could give Hastings Court six stars in every category I would do so. My father received end of life care at Hastings Court for a short period of time and his treatment there was second to none. He was treated with utter dignity and care and the staff extended the most amazing and sensitive support to our family at what was an incredibly difficult time. I only wish that my Dad would have considered staying there sooner before he became too ill to make the most of it.

I would like to say the staff here are excellent, very helpful and have very good understanding if you have a problem. My mother is very happy here and hopefully, they will keep it up for the near future at a high standard. That will be great.

Mum has been at Hastings Court since August 2021; she is well looked after and has blossomed in the kind, caring and loving environment the staff and management provide. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hastings Court to others.
