Thank you to the Ash Court Management and all the nurses and support staff for the service and professional care you all take. My grandmother is a long-term resident of Ash Court. I have found her care very well maintained in the 3 years I have been visiting her in London. I feel very confident that the staff are offering a good service. The home is always clean and light-filled and welcoming. My grandmother is always attended to quickly and with empathy.

I want to say how impressed I've been with Ash Court Care Centre. The place is always spotless and really well-run, which makes such a difference. Every time I visit, the atmosphere feels welcoming and organised.
The staff are fantastic, they are well-trained, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we've requested anything. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they're looking after, which is so reassuring.

The care home manager, does an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly. It's clear she's really committed to making sure the home stays at such a high standard and I always see her interacting with other residents whenever I visit! Ash Court is a lovely place, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, caring, and well-managed care home.

I'm delighted to give a very positive review. Our beloved Mother is a long-term bed-bound resident of Ash Court. One of us visits her every week, as do a small group of her friends who pop in; we have an iPad set up where we call into her via video every day. So we have a very good sense of how Mother is doing. Despite very challenging outcomes from her serious stroke and immobility, the staff take impeccable care of her personal needs as well as her physical and mental health. Staff make sure that she can occasionally leave ie this past Christmas and for her granddaughter's performance in a local play. Despite the considerable logistics this involves, we get such support for these special requests. Staff immediately respond to email and phone queries. The manager is exceptionally tuned into the needs of residents, and family and friends feel so welcome. The nurse aids, nurses, cleaning staff and kitchen staff are just top-notch. Thank you! Ash Court is a "Home from home! "

I can't speak highly enough about Ash Court Care Centre and the care they provide. My friend moved into this home, and within just a week, the difference in his quality of life was remarkable! My friend is non-verbal due to his condition, which makes it difficult for him to communicate his needs. The home manager noticed that something wasn't quite right with his vision when he wasn't interacting normally with his surroundings. She acted quickly and had him seen by an Optometrist, and within a week, my friend had new glasses and could see clearly again. I had no idea his vision deteriorated.

Now, he's back to his sociable self and is often found in the living room rather than just his bedroom! I'm so grateful to the manager and the team at Ash Court for everything they've done for my friend. It's such a relief knowing he's in a place where his needs are noticed and cared for so quickly. I would highly recommend Ash Court to anyone looking for a well-managed and supportive home.

I was visiting my grandma every week when living back in London. I developed a relationship with the staff and other residents. I always felt very welcome. On one occasion when my grandma was very ill I slept with her in her room and was treated with respect and offered tea, coffee and food. I remain in contact with one of the staff and hope to continue visiting even though my grandma passed last year.

My mother-in-law became a resident of Ash Court Care Centre in July 2024. The team have been really exceptional, from the carers, nurses, admin staff and entertainment officers to the wonderful woman who runs the place.
She was resistant to leaving her home but she was no longer safe there, confined to bed with several bedsores that just were not healing. It has taken her a few months to properly settle in but from the start, my husband and I knew it was the right place for her to heal and rebuild her life. She has really started to come out of herself and is much more engaged. Her bedsores have almost healed and she is being encouraged to sit in a chair again for short periods. Whilst the nursing care is exceptional, the lively atmosphere in the home has made visiting her heartening. We are no longer worried about her and her son can return to being just that!

The staff are friendly and helpful and I have witnessed some lovely interactions between staff and other residents too.

Since 2020 my mother-in-law hs been a resident at Ash Court Care Centre. The care staff have always been so attentive to her needs and made sure that she was comfortable, well-fed and engaged with various activities. She has always loved to sit in the day-room and passed many happy hours chatting to the staff, this social time has been so important for her well-being over the years. We do not know what we would do without the manager and her team, now andall through the Covid lockdown.

My daughter has been a resident for over 9 years. My younger daughter and I make regular visits and I feel very happy that my daughter who is the resident is being cared for in a safe environment. I like the fact that there is a continuity of staff which helps my daughter as she suffers from dementia, and also helps the staff to get to know her behaviour.

This care home and its staff are absolutely amazing. The care and attention are excellent. My mum is not neglected and she has been made to feel very welcome. I feel safe leaving her with them. She is treated with the utmost dignity. All this means I can just focus on being a son and not a carer. A great load has been lifted from my shoulders. The care home is very good at addressing what concerns or questions I may have and they keep me updated on matters as they arise and include me in the decision-making process. They are always open and approachable. Everything feels organised and clean and there is a genuine atmosphere of warmth. So much so that I notice that they are bringing Mum out of herself despite the situation. I have been and will continue to recommend Ash Court to my friends who have parents who could benefit from a stay here.

My father has been a resident at Ash Court for a number of years. During this time I've visited the residents on numerous occasions and found it to be an excellent care home, putting my mind at ease that he is well cared for. The staff are very friendly, attentive and professional in my opinion. I feel that he is given an outstanding degree of care at Ash Court from all members of this home. Senior management have also been very flexible and accommodating in the provision of care.
There is a great positive approach to how the day-to-day staff and carers operate and behave in their challenging ideas and environment.

I'm satisfied that my father is in excellent hands at Ash Court - always clean, secure with the visibility of staff carrying out their duties with constant care and engagement with all of the elderly members of this home. Well done!

I have been a visitor of Ash Court for many years. My experience here has been positive. My friend has come on leaps and bounds. The staff here are always polite and have positive interactions with the residents. Always helpful and I must say cheerful. I have made many friends with residents at the many social activities here. The manager will always respond to any queries we have. And interacts with all residents in a warm manner. I can honestly say I have no negative thoughts.

My grandmother was a resident at Ash Court for two years before she sadly passed away in March 2024. She received wonderful care at Ash Court, her needs were met with kindness and care.
I have nothing but praise for the team at Ash Court. Grammy was looked after so well and most importantly, I always saw her respected as a person. The staff took the time to understand who she was and would keep her company when they had the time. She was truly part of the Ash Court family and we felt part of it too, getting to know the other residents and being invited to events. The care home was always clean and the staff were available when we asked for help.

The warmth from the team was evident every time I visited and I always left feeling she was in safe hands with people who cared for her. We were blessed to have one of the staff attend her funeral with us and we’re so pleased they were there to celebrate her life with us.

Ash Court is a lovely care home where kindness and care are extended to all residents. As a long-term friend, who has been visiting Ash Court for a number of years, I have always felt listened to and what a wonderful home manager they have! I cannot say how good she is. Always a kind word, always visible and so caring towards all residents, loved ones and staff.
