I am very pleased with the level of service provided by the home, especially in current times with covid. The home has a very friendly and welcoming feeling and is kept very clean. I can now see why my friend loves it here.

Very friendly staff. Clean premises. Good overall standard of care. Good standard of meals provided and excellent level of care delivered. I feel satisfied that my mother is in very capable hands. I definitely recommend anyone to use this nursing home knowing that their loved ones are looked after to a very standard.

My dad is currently a resident in Ash Court, he has been there since April. Being here has done him a world of good he is the happiest I've seen him in a very long time, he absolutely loves it there. The staff are very caring and helpful in every way even in the hard times of lockdown. I want to say a big thank you to everyone at Ash Court for all the support you have given my dad and us as family.

My mother has been a resident at Ash Court for the past 18 months. She is extremely well looked after as the carers always go that extra mile. The care centre is spotless and the food and activities are great. I must say that I was worried about my mum going into a care home, but I shouldn’t have been as she is so happy and well looked after.

My mother is rightly particular about most things in life and for her to say that she is happy here is high praise indeed. The staff are excellent, their manner is more as caring but professional friends, than just 'staff', my mother is treated with respect and dignity, the level of cleanliness is maintained throughout the home and family are always very welcome! Nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ash Court. It really is a wonderful care home and well managed.

My friend has been a resident in this care home for a number of years, in that time it truly has become her home. My wife and I visit regularly and are welcomed like family by the staff and the manager. The care my friend receives is exceptional and the nurses really understand her health issues and deal with them immediately. I cannot recommend this care home highly enough.

My friend is delighted to be a resident in this home, and during a recent visit, I was able to see why. A lovely building, with a bright and immaculate interior, only surpassed by the friendly and caring staff who were on duty during my visit. It's now apparent why my friend is so content.

In this care home my wife appears to be happy, any reservations I may have are not ones that seem relevant to her well being. Personally, I would prefer her to be home since she appears to be well psychologically but has problems with walking, this could have been remedied, but it seems that is not the business of a care home. She is now 90, I visit her every day and this seems to be the only therapy I can offer her or can be offered by others. It is not good and things should be better organised.

My husband was admitted to Ash Court at the beginning of 2019. He had a serious issue regarding his behaviour to do with personal care. All the carers are Dementia trained and now he is much improved. His mood is good as a result of good, kind care. Ash Court is a happy care home. This eminates from the manager and his staff downwards.

Put in the wrong home as carers are not aware of disabled needs and there are no mobility activities. Food is awful. The breakfast was good but the lunch and evening meals are covered in salt and powders to hide the taste. Looking at four walls.

My Auntie went into your care home on the 21st of July. She received excellent care while she was in there. Staff were kind, caring and very understanding. She was given pain relief as and when she needed it. The staff always came in to make sure she was OK. Sadly, she passed away on September 4th. The staff were very nice and understanding. Her time in this care home was very good.

Excellent care, delivered with kindness, compassion and professionalism.

Our relative received end-of-life care at Ash Court for the last two months of his life. Care was first class, and the staff never lost a sense of his individuality, always being respectful as well as caring and professional. Staff went out of their way to ensure that he had around him the things which made him feel at home.

The same personal warmth was extended to us as relatives - without fail we were greeted by name and all staff, although we would come and go at different times of day, were up to date on his condition and treatment. Our relative said that the food was very good, that he had a choice and that he enjoyed what was served.

If/when there comes a time when I need this level of care, I would be glad to be able to receive it at Ash Court.

Ash Court is a most warming and welcoming home. My friend is treated with respect and dignity. The manager and care staff are very informative and let me know straight away of any changes. I cannot thank the staff enough for their care. The place has a nice homely feel and friends and relatives are made to feel welcome.

The staff without exception are well trained, very friendly and ensure that the residents are treated as individuals and their needs are catered for. The food is excellent with a good choice. The manager and management team are always visible and approachable and have created a very happy environment for their residents. My friends is very settled and happy, which gives us great peace of mind. The management in this care home are very hands on.

Although my brother's stay at Ash Court was short-lived the care and attention he received was wonderful. During visits the staff and care team made you feel extremely welcome and there was always someone very close by to attend to our needs regarding my brother. I would recommend a viewing of Ash Court to families considering a family member needing special care. A massive thank you to all the staff at Ash Court.

Although my brother in law's residence at Ash Court was very short lived, the care and attention he received was good.
During our visits the staff and care team made you feel extremely welcome, and there was always someone very close by to attend to our patient's needs.

I would probably recommend any viewing of the home to any relative or friend prior to the needs of residential care.

I instinctively felt that Ash Court Care Centre was special. I can't recommend it highly enough. Dad came here from hospital in 2015 with a chronic leg ulcer, depression, severe pain, thinking he wouldn't walk again. Thanks to Ash Court, he is now back at home - walking, in control of pain and with elements of his old self back. Staff are specialists in the care of the chronically ill and go the extra mile every day. Medical care is superb. Residents arrive with complex physical/emotional needs, in shock at loss of independence, but staff see potential in each individual for rehabilitation where possible. They are unfailingly respectful, helpful, thoughtful, kind and supportive. Management are outstanding with impressive staff retention which means consistency for residents. Ash Court helps families to understand the often confusing situation they find themselves plunged into and to remain positive and hopeful for the best outcome, however difficult the resident's situation. Don't hesitate!
