The staff are very friendly and professional and my grandmother receives care to a very high standard. She always appears to be very well looked after.

Very happy with the home, very approachable. Staff amazing and very helpful, especially with Mum's moods.

My mother has been a resident for several years now. I am very happy with her care at the home. The staff treat her with dignity and understand her needs and personality. It has been a difficult year during the pandemic but the staff have been excellent at keeping me informed when I have been unable to visit. I would happily recommend this home to others. I chose it on the recommendation from someone else and have not been disappointed.

I have found everyone at the care home very informative and caring, very friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

I find the home very pleasant and clean and the staff friendly and available. There are problems with telephoning the home due to no answer at most times. Staff very helpful overwise.

I think the care side of the home is very good. Cannot fault them. The problems we have is when we ring. We cant get through. I know people are busy. I think they should have a receptionist on the front desk and whenever I ask to speak to a Manager, they are always busy or in a meeting. I know they are busy also, but we have to keep ringing back.

Management/care staff provide an overall good service with management always prepared to listen should I have any concerns regarding Mum's wellbeing. The implementation of a senior member of the care team being responsible for one floor seems to have made the point of contact for the family much easier with regard to any concerns we may have.

The staff and management at Marlborough are very good. My dad loves going to the home and he is treated with respect and supported with his needs. The second-floor team are also very good and there are lots of activities. I visited Dad many times and saw the loving care by some of the care workers and nurses who were prompting him to eat and making sure he ate his food.

Living overseas I was worrying about mum constantly, but assurances from my sister telling me the high level of care Mum was receiving was so reassuring.

I flew home in time to say goodbye to her and see for myself the love and care Mum was given over the previous 15 months.

Thank you to all staff at Marlborough Court for everything you did for making the last months of her life so comfortable.

My mum has had extremely good care since she became a resident approximately 6 weeks ago. Staff are caring, friendly and easily approachable.

The staff and management are OK. The room is nice and neat.

Marlborough Court cared for my dad, he was in having respite as my mum was in hospital/ a hospice at the time. My dad has dementia and all the staff cared for him really well. He loves gardening, so they took him down to water the plants. They cared for him really well and he was very happy at Marlborough Court and he made lots of friends there. Many thanks.

I am very impressed how much care has been given to my mother. She has dementia and just sat in a chair all day looking into space. Now she is walking around and listening to me when I visit. She always looks clean and tidy also.

Good overall, rooms could be cleaner and better furnished.
