Meet the Team (4)

I'm passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care. My background includes involvement in the voluntary sector, and I take pride in creating environments where residents feel valued, enriched, and supported.

My greatest achievement is seeing the residents having fun. This gives me comfort - I love seeing the residents laughing and smiling.

My name is Antonio Meloni I have been working in the care sector since 1990 as a carer and activities coordinator. I started working at Riverlee in November 2020 as an activities coordinator and I really enjoy my job - every day is different. I enjoy chatting with the residents making them happy and engaged with various activities. I also get along with all members of the staff who are all very nice and caring.

My greatest passion is making the residents happy, alongside their family members.
I am also our infection control champion, ensuring that residents are safe and staff follow public health guidelines.
