Although they are very busy, the staff always find the time to chat which is a great help in dealing with my grief.
If you have a problem, management is always willing to listen and help if required.
I will be keeping in contact after moving into supported housing.
Thank you for your review and I am glad to hear that you have been well supported and cared for at The Arkley.
It is a wonderful place to spend one's twilight years.
The staff are all absolutely marvellous in their care and attention to our needs.
I have come to regard each and every one of them as 'personal friends' rather than 'paid carers' within the nursing and ancillary fields.
Full marks to everyone involved.
Thank you for your review and your kind words about our wonderful care staff.
It is a worry to leave a relative in a care home, and I must admit that I was worried. However, the staff do make a real effort to look after the residents as well as possible. They are always happy to get something or do something to help. The resident is washed and clean, and an effort is made to keep them as physically active as they can be. The management really wants to run it well. Nothing more that you can ask for, and I am confident that she will be well looked-after.
Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback. We are pleased to hear about your positive experience and appreciate your comments about our home and will share your comments with the home’s manager. The Bupa Customer Care Team.
I was very satisfied with the care and attention I received during my short stay. The staff were very polite and generally very caring. The food was of a high standard. I had a premier room which was excellent.
