Baron's care home has gone above and beyond to seek to deliver the necessary care required for my mother. The staff are caring and thoughtful and seek to provide the residents with the very possible care, given the individual challenges which will arise with each case.

The staff at Barons Lodge have been extremely professional and very kind during a very difficult period. My uncle moved into Barons Lodge in February 2020 after a stay in hospital with early signs of dementia and some very challenging behaviour. The staff were always so kind about how they were managing
his illness and helping him settle in. They have always talked very respectfully about him and shown such enormous humanity and kindness to us in communicating about his welfare, as we were not allowed to visit the home due to the government shut down. I know we are not allowed to mention names of particular carers here - but there is one who has always been so supportive to us who I think should be nominated for sainthood. Despite all of the COVID chaos, he even remembered when it was my uncle's birthday. Thank you so much for your care and support - you really are amazing and we are so appreciative of your work because we would not be able to manage without you.

I have visited the home on numerous occasions to see a dear friend of mine. The staff are to be applauded for their hard work and dedication to the residents and the care of the home. I've had the opportunity to meet the manager and the directors and they are all passionate about providing holistic,
quality care. In line with the world present crisis, the home is exemplary in meeting the CQC requirement of care. Effective, responsive, safe and well-led and l will be happy to live in such a home. "This is a Family Orientated Home".

My mother has lived there for many years. I have interacted with all the staff members for a long time now. They are all very caring and empathetic towards the residents. My mother feels very comfortable there.
